ANDREW PARKER

PRESIDENT, LABORATORIES | Currently serving as President of Laboratories, Andrew is a dynamic leader with a decade of experience operating rapidly growing commercial laboratories. An experienced geochemist and earth systems scientist, Andrew earned degrees in Geology and Atmospheric Science at University of Colorado in Boulder before completing his Ph.D. at Texas A&M University. Andrew's dedication to environmental sustainability is evident through his participation with several industry organizations, volunteering his time to develop analytical methods for areas measuring methane emissions as well as detecting PFAS (forever chemicals) substances in the environment.

BRANDON PERÉ - CFO

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER | Brandon has over 18 years of experience leading the financial operations of private equity-backed companies within the energy industry. As CFO, Brandon plays a key role in strategy development, implementing new ERP technology, financial modeling and successfully integrating acquisitions within the SPL platform. Before transitioning to SPL, Mr. Peré served as CFO of AMI, which was acquired by SPL in 2018, and spent several years as both a Controller and Corporate Controller for Dynamic Industries, Inc., and Spartan Energy Services, respectively.

DAVE CURTIS

CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER | Recognized industry leader with over 32 years of experience. As CRO, Dave oversees SPL's product lines, ensuring the company's services and strategy are aligned with customer demand. Prior to joining SPL, Dave served as the Measurement and Product Validation Manager at Anadarko Petroleum. Prior to that, he owned and operated an environmental services company which specialized in soil and groundwater investigation and remediation, emissions monitoring, perimeter monitoring, off-site receptor impact, worker health and safety monitoring, emergency response, and fugitive emissions. Mr. Curtis is involved in multiple industry groups, such as the American Petroleum Institute and GPA Midstream, and has extensive experience working with local, state, and federal agencies.

FARRIS ABU-SAOUD

DIRECTOR OF CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT | Farris brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from his time in investment banking where he advised on a wide variety of M&A and capital raise transactions for Life Sciences, MedTech, and Power & Industrial Services. As Director of Corporate Development, Farris oversees SPL's acquisition strategy and takes a hands-on role in sourcing, execution, and post-close integration. Prior to investment banking, he earned his B.Accy. with an emphasis in Corporate Finance from the University of Mississippi Patterson School of Accountancy.

JEFF HIBBELER

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER | With over 30 years of experience in the TIC value chain, Jeff joined SPL as its CEO in 2018 after several successful PE transactions. He started with Mitchell Energy, was a corporate officer at BJ Services, and later became VP Operations at Halliburton. In 2012 Jeff went into private equity and has since worked with four PE firms creating scaled technology-based growth platforms. Hibbeler currently serves on several private company boards and has published sixteen technical papers in the areas of Energy and Environmental Chemistry. During his tenure at SPL, Jeff has led the effort in making it the fastest growing testing business in North America.

JESSICA SWAN

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, SALES AND MARKETING | As Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing for SPL, Jessica is focused on driving the corporate go-to-market strategy through the Sales & Marketing teams. With 10+ years of experience, Jessica's focus is on strategic sales & account management, building strong digital brand recognition, and expanding SPL's engagement with the Environmental & Energy markets nationwide. A recognized industry leader and volunteer with several industry groups, she is a proud Texas Tech Red Raider with a passion for providing excellent customer service, raising up the next generation of female leadership, and challenging the status quo.

RODRIGO BYKOWSKI - CHRO

CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER | As the CHRO, Mr. Bykowski leads a multidisciplinary team of Human Resources and Health, Safety, and Environmental professionals to provide sustainable solutions for SPL's human talent strategy. With over 25 years of domestic and international experience, Mr. Bykowski served in roles of increasing responsibility through Human Resources organizations, crafting strategies for workforce development in dynamic and complex sectors like O&G, Legal, Logistics and Construction. Mr. Bykowski previously served in Human Resources for Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, and most recently, at Western Midstream.

STORMY PHILLIPS

  • PRESIDENT, METROLOGY and DATA SERVICES
PRESIDENT, METROLOGY AND DATA SERVICES | A subject matter expert (SME) on regulatory requirements and measurement technology, with over 17 years of experience. As president, Stormy ensures that SPL is leading the way in building bridges between field operations and the back office in the digital oilfield. Stormy has deep regulatory experience, prior to SPL he worked for the Bureau of Land Management for more than five years to provide expert guidance on challenging technical measurement issues. During that time, he was a critical part of the team that recommended updates and changes to regulatory requirements and approvals. Stormy worked for WPX Energy as a SME for oil and gas measurement services and started his career with J-W Measurement Company.

TIM GRIEPP - CTO

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER | As CTO, Tim guides SPL's practical IT operations and strategic digital investments with his 24 years of experience. Prior to joining SPL, Tim worked at Anadarko Petroleum for 18 years helping them achieve industry-leading metrics in operations with digital technology. Tim's early career capitalized on his experience working with 3D visualization, computer machine interaction, and collaboration technologies. Tim built upon these foundations while delivering digital solutions to real world challenges faced by the entire E&P process - from operations to accounting.
