The Horry County Solid Waste Authority (SWA) is leading the way in the solid waste management field. We are dedicated to helping Horry County flourish and our education programs promote these ideas to businesses, schools and the general public. We are determined to make recycling and other environmental practices habitual and have several programs in place to reach our goals in "Protecting Tomorrow's Environment Today."...
