Doug Weich has more than 25 years' experience in the retail industry. As Founder and CEO of Sophelle, Doug has helped guide some of the nation's most successful retailers through highly complex business transformations.
Called upon for his retail expertise by national media outlets, including ABC World News and The Wall Street Journal, and a speaker at retail's largest conferences, Doug's thought leadership covers omnichannel retailing and retail innovation. Doug also currently serves as Chairman of the National Retail Federation's Associate Member Council.
Prior to Sophelle, Doug co-founded and served as CTO for RetailExchange.com, an innovative leader in excess inventory solutions for manufacturers and retailers. As an IT Specialist in the Retail and Direct Marketing practice for EDS Management Consulting Services/ATKearney, he advised leading national and international retailers on best practices. Doug also served as VP of IS at Wholesale Depot, where he implemented leading-edge point-of-sale, merchandising, warehouse, distribution, financial, and database marketing systems. He began his career at Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). Doug earned his MBA from Northeastern University and his B.S. in Computer and Management Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Before GroundLink, Ken led all marketing and product development as Vice President at QualityHealth, the leading performance marketing company in the health sector. He was also Senior Director of Database Marketing & Loyalty at IAC/InterActiveCorp, where he led CRM and social media initiatives for Ticketmaster, HSN, Match.com, Frontgate & Garnet Hill Catalogs, LendingTree, and Citysearch. Previously, he held multiple senior marketing and product development positions to build and market leading-edge interactive services for About.com/The New York Times, Time Warner, IBM Australia, IBM Global Finance, and NetActive.
Ken earned his MBA at Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, a M.S. in Computer Science from Duke University, and a B.S. in Computer Science from Lehigh University.
