Adam Blatner

Drawing from experience with a variety of project types - high-rise, mixed-use, hospitality, retail, multi-family, and custom single-family residential - Adam takes at once a technical, holistic, and civic-minded approach to design. In his role as Associate, Adam is regarded for his understanding of technology, sustainability, and innovative building techniques. He is a resource to colleagues and clients for his ability to translate complex technical issues of large-scale critical projects into simple language, and recognized for his ability to employ software to improve coordination and quality control of immersive documentation sets. Adam leads our internal industry software training and creates vital workplace initiatives - including focused user group workshops to streamline solutions across teams. Adam also plays a vital role in the Moxy Bowery in Manhattan, managing the project from Conceptual to Construction as the lead architect, as well as applying his unique skill set and judgment to notable projects, such as AJ Capital/ Graduate Hotels and several ongoing client collaborations.

Aditi Shah

Aditi Shah is an architect with over 10 years of extensive work in planning, designing, construction techniques and administration of ground-up projects across residential, hospitality, healthcare, and urban planning across the United States and India. She has honed a reputation for delivering on all project phases - from design inception to construction administration - and seamlessly managing an array of consultants. She is proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Rhino 3D, V-ray, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch-up, and GIS. She has excellent technical expertise and strong conceptual skills dedicated towards a vision of environmentally responsive social infrastructure.

Antonino Scarpaci

Nino leads design teams for Stonehill Taylor's most prominent clients, peer design firms, and on a wide array of project typologies. He is an experienced project manager who seamlessly pivots from one focus area to the next: new buildings, renovations, and adaptive reuse for hospitality, residential, and healthcare clientele. Alongside his project work, Nino also oversees aspects of practice management, where he builds workplace solutions that increase efficiency across teams firm-wide. Nino simultaneously leads and educates and has been a fundamental part of Stonehill Taylor since 2003. He is also a former mentor in the ACE program for high school students interested in pursuing architecture careers.

Bethany Gale

Having worked in Atlanta, London, and New York for international and local clientele, Bethany understands cultural and geographical design influences. To Stonehill Taylor, Bethany has brought design and management excellence in the luxury hotel, residential, and hospitality design sector project areas. Bethany is well known for her eye for detail. Across her diverse portfolio, she works closely on material selection through collaborations with vendors to craft original custom seating, case goods, carpet, and furniture. She has led award-winning design teams from concept to completion on noteworthy boutique and luxury projects - from the Conrad Hotel in Midtown Manhattan and the Eliza Jane in New Orleans to the ongoing Raffles Boston Back Bay Hotel.

Damion Cera

Damion Cera, AIA, graduated from Florida A&M University with a Bachelor of Architecture. He has since led design teams on a variety of hospitality projects from boutique hotels to luxury resorts. With a thorough understanding of programming, planning, designing and detailing, he is adept at collaborating not only with engineering consultants but also with operational managers and specialists, construction specialists, manufacturers, government officials, and the community-at-large to develop a project. Registered in both New York and Florida, Damion has worked with an impressive list of international clients including Firmdale Hotels, SB&G Hotels, Graduate Hotels, and IHG.

DeeDee Sanchez

Highly regarded for her professionalism and collaborative work style, DeeDee has proven an integral force of the Interiors Division. Hiten brings 20 years of architectural experience across Europe and North America. Hiten is known for his thoughtful leadership on project management through all stages of the design and delivery process. He harnesses his design passion to approach every project with a structured implementation plan, providing his architectural and consultant teams clear guidance throughout the project. Recent client relationships under his leadership include WeWork, Lightstone, AJ Capital, and IHG, for which Hiten has successfully delivered high-profile projects: WeLive, Cornell Tech Graduate Hotel, Moxy Williamsburg, Moxy Chelsea, and Crown Plaza HY36.

Mari Ito

Mari has practiced architecture for over 25 years. Originally from Japan, she had her own firm for almost 10 years before moving to the US. Her experience covers all aspects of architecture and design, from planning and design development to drawing execution and site administration. Her attention to detail and extensive portfolio have proven invaluable to the Stonehill Taylor team over the years on projects such as the renovations of the InterContinental Barclay and Hilton Atlanta.

Marinda Thomas

Marinda has focused her interior design career with Stonehill Taylor on creating unique spaces, catered to the modern guest experience while captivating historical context. She attended Savannah College of Art and Design and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design. Marinda has always been captivated by the details and how it can transform one's energy. She has worked on a range of projects: from private condos and elegant multi-family residential, boutique hotels, resorts and private clubs, to intimate Michelin Star Restaurants and bars. By working closely with the Clients and Project Teams, Marinda truly captures the brand and creates a memorable experience. Her attention to detail allows Marinda to tackle unexpected challenges. Some of her renowned projects include the recent Ned NoMad, The Vestry and The Pasadena Hotel. Peter Nicolosi brings over 22 years experience in design development, coordination and production of construction documentation, and construction administration experience to Stonehill Taylor. Sara Duffy
