Drawing from experience with a variety of project types - high-rise, mixed-use, hospitality, retail, multi-family, and custom single-family residential - Adam takes at once a technical, holistic, and civic-minded approach to design. In his role as Associate, Adam is regarded for his understanding of technology, sustainability, and innovative building techniques. He is a resource to colleagues and clients for his ability to translate complex technical issues of large-scale critical projects into simple language, and recognized for his ability to employ software to improve coordination and quality control of immersive documentation sets.
Adam leads our internal industry software training and creates vital workplace initiatives - including focused user group workshops to streamline solutions across teams. Adam also plays a vital role in the Moxy Bowery in Manhattan, managing the project from Conceptual to Construction as the lead architect, as well as applying his unique skill set and judgment to notable projects, such as AJ Capital/ Graduate Hotels and several ongoing client collaborations.
Aditi Shah is an architect with over 10 years of extensive work in planning, designing, construction techniques and administration of ground-up projects across residential, hospitality, healthcare, and urban planning across the United States and India. She has honed a reputation for delivering on all project phases - from design inception to construction administration - and seamlessly managing an array of consultants. She is proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Rhino 3D, V-ray, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch-up, and GIS. She has excellent technical expertise and strong conceptual skills dedicated towards a vision of environmentally responsive social infrastructure.
Nino leads design teams for Stonehill Taylor's most prominent clients, peer design firms, and on a wide array of project typologies. He is an experienced project manager who seamlessly pivots from one focus area to the next: new buildings, renovations, and adaptive reuse for hospitality, residential, and healthcare clientele. Alongside his project work, Nino also oversees aspects of practice management, where he builds workplace solutions that increase efficiency across teams firm-wide. Nino simultaneously leads and educates and has been a fundamental part of Stonehill Taylor since 2003. He is also a former mentor in the ACE program for high school students interested in pursuing architecture careers.

Having worked in Atlanta, London, and New York for international and local clientele, Bethany understands cultural and geographical design influences. To Stonehill Taylor, Bethany has brought design and management excellence in the luxury hotel, residential, and hospitality design sector project areas. Bethany is well known for her eye for detail. Across her diverse portfolio, she works closely on material selection through collaborations with vendors to craft original custom seating, case goods, carpet, and furniture. She has led award-winning design teams from concept to completion on noteworthy boutique and luxury projects - from the Conrad Hotel in Midtown Manhattan and the Eliza Jane in New Orleans to the ongoing Raffles Boston Back Bay Hotel.
Damion Cera, AIA, graduated from Florida A&M University with a Bachelor of Architecture. He has since led design teams on a variety of hospitality projects from boutique hotels to luxury resorts. With a thorough understanding of programming, planning, designing and detailing, he is adept at collaborating not only with engineering consultants but also with operational managers and specialists, construction specialists, manufacturers, government officials, and the community-at-large to develop a project. Registered in both New York and Florida, Damion has worked with an impressive list of international clients including Firmdale Hotels, SB&G Hotels, Graduate Hotels, and IHG.
DeeDee is a forward-thinking design leader, whose inventive approach to storytelling is a firm-wide resource. As a licensed architect, DeeDee brings that working approach to her creative strategy. She excels at identifying and understanding client perspectives in that creative process. DeeDee has brought a high level of technical and conceptual design expertise to collaborate with some of Stonehill Taylor's largest clients. Highly regarded for her professionalism and collaborative work style, DeeDee has proven an integral force of the Interiors Division. Her projects have included the Pod DC; The Camby in Phoenix; the Axiom Hotel in San Francisco; and the TWA Hotel at the iconic Eero Saarinen building at JFK Airport.

Hiten brings 20 years of architectural experience across Europe and North America. A registered architect in the UK, his global portfolio spans industry sectors - across hospitality, residential, commercial, education, and healthcare. Hiten is known for his thoughtful leadership on project management through all stages of the design and delivery process. He harnesses his design passion to approach every project with a structured implementation plan, providing his architectural and consultant teams clear guidance throughout the project. Recent client relationships under his leadership include WeWork, Lightstone, AJ Capital, and IHG, for which Hiten has successfully delivered high-profile projects: WeLive, Cornell Tech Graduate Hotel, Moxy Williamsburg, Moxy Chelsea, and Crown Plaza HY36.
Katie is an Interiors Associate with over 10 years of work experience on projects across hospitality, luxury retail, workplace, and residential typologies. She has developed design solutions that serve a range of needs from meeting corporate brand standards to surpassing client expectations on niche projects. Katie leads by bringing projects from concept to completion while remaining client-focused on collaborative, custom solutions. Alongside project work, Katie is an outspoken leader on internal development committees. She has participated in the ACE and IIDA mentorship programs.
Mari has practiced architecture for over 25 years. Originally from Japan, she had her own firm for almost 10 years before moving to the US. Her experience covers all aspects of architecture and design, from planning and design development to drawing execution and site administration. Her attention to detail and extensive portfolio have proven invaluable to the Stonehill Taylor team over the years on projects such as the renovations of the InterContinental Barclay and Hilton Atlanta.
Marinda has focused her interior design career with Stonehill Taylor on creating unique spaces, catered to the modern guest experience while captivating historical context. She attended Savannah College of Art and Design and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design. Marinda has always been captivated by the details and how it can transform one's energy.
She has worked on a range of projects: from private condos and elegant multi-family residential, boutique hotels, resorts and private clubs, to intimate Michelin Star Restaurants and bars. By working closely with the Clients and Project Teams, Marinda truly captures the brand and creates a memorable experience.
Her attention to detail allows Marinda to tackle unexpected challenges. Some of her renowned projects include the recent Ned NoMad, The Vestry and The Pasadena Hotel. Marinda approaches each space by crafting a story, through unique artwork and furniture solutions, to develop an enhanced environment.
Neill Parker, Jr. has spent his architectural career, beginning in the early 1980's, focused on creatively adding to, enhancing, and preserving environments and buildings of high architectural quality. As a principal of Stonehill Taylor, his clients include governments, academic and commercial institutions, as well as developers of campuses, and historic, unique properties. His projects have included master plans for entire institutions, new buildings, and renovations and restorations for historically valuable buildings. He has been dedicated to sustainable designs and lifestyles in support of our finite environment since the beginning of his career.
Patrick brings a depth of knowledge about a range of practice areas within the field of architecture. His projects have included new buildings, gut renovations, and adaptive reuses. Patrick's collaborative approach and attention to detail ensures that his projects fit the property's market positioning and audience.
Patrick has overseen multiple renovations to the New York St. Regis Hotel and has contributed to other notable historic renovation projects at the firm. He was the Project Architect for the new build Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn and developed multiple retail studies for the Manhattan Times Square Hotel and the ‘W' Hotel, also in Times Square.

Paul D. Taylor is a founding partner of Stonehill Taylor. Taylor's extensive architecture, interiors and management experience in the hospitality sector is an important resource to our clients. His extensive experience with luxury, high-end boutique and larger convention hotels brings a wealth of varied knowledge to each project. His interest in creative design solutions, evolving technologies and construction techniques are widely recognized by the hospitality industry as well as his fellow professionals.
His client list includes: GFI Capital, Intercontinental Hotel Group, Firmdale Hotels, Hilton Hotels, Marriott International, Rosewood Hotel Group, Hyatt Hotels, Starwood Capital, MGM and the Sydell Group.
A childhood curiosity in public life and urban spaces laid the groundwork for the extensive practice in architecture, interiors, and facilities master planning Paul has cultivated over 20 years. Since joining Stonehill Taylor in 1995, Paul has developed a reputation as a creative problem-solver with a sharp focus on schedule and budget constraints. He has managed several of the firm's most complex hospitality projects, and he is a proven expert with the associated communication channels of ownership, consultants, contractors, and other agents. A true master planner, Paul is a firm-wide resource for designers and architects on technically complex design.
Peter Nicolosi brings over 22 years experience in design development, coordination and production of construction documentation, and construction administration experience to Stonehill Taylor. With years of hands-on construction experience, he has managed the design and construction of a wide variety of high-end residential, commercial and institutional projects, such as large-scale hotel and residential building design, major hotel renovations, multiplex theaters, corporate interiors, automotive dealerships, schools, science laboratories, medical offices, and senior housing.
Sara Duffy graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and received her Associate of Applied Science in Interior Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology. With a background in art history and television, Sara crafts a unique, immersive narrative for each of her projects with a focus on thoughtful, classic design. Her impressive variety of projects includes the Nomad Hotel and Bar in New York and its re-iteration in Las Vegas, the J.W. Marriott Nashville, and the iconic TWA Hotel at JFK Airport's historic TWA Flight Center. She has worked with renowned hospitality developers such as the Sydell Group, Eleven Madison Park's Chef Daniel Humm and Will Guidara, Marriott International, Turnberry Associates, Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, and Hilton Hotels & Resorts.

Stephanie Liu is an Architect who believes that nothing is impossible, and she brings that excitement and fervor for problem solving to each project she leads. She works daily with project developers and owners to maximize the program in a highly efficient, professional, and responsible manner. Currently focusing on hospitality and high-end residential design, Liu has a broad array of experience including design for academic facilities, mixed use, and landmark projects. A LEED AP BD+C, Liu demonstrates a commitment to progressive and sustainable architecture.
Since 1994, Steve Chew has been a valuable leader for the Stonehill Taylor team, sharing his expertise in architecture, interiors, and facilities master planning through his keen insight and skill in both documentation and detailing. His favorite aspect of design and planning? The attention to the specifics of each various element of the project, from concept through detailing to a finished product.
Wally leverages a background in advertising and marketing to offer refreshed perspectives on concept design. Wally has developed a strong reputation for his attention to detail; he ensures quality is addressed at all levels across a project to deliver the best client service.
