SSCAWA

Southeast Sacramento County Agricultural Water Authority (SSCAWA) was formed in 1997. SSCAWA first developed a Groundwater Management Plan in 2002 and another in 2011, and it is currently the California Statewide Groundwater Elevation Monitoring lead entity for the Cosumnes Sub-basin... A joint powers authority dedicated to enhancing groundwater and surface water supplies in the Cosumnes and South American groundwater sub-basins
