Dmitry holds a degree of The London School of Economics.
He has experience in energy and economics, having worked in Russia's largest electricity companies: Unified Energy Systems (FGS UES) and RosEnergo. He took up the position of Head of Multimedia in SPB Software House.
His projects in interactive video delivery and advertisement targeting as key drivers for media and mobile are of notable interest.
Since 2011 he is CFO and Head of Business development at SPB TV. In this position he is responsible for the company's finances and he develops of new areas of growth for the company.

Dmitry is a graduate of Russian Foreign Trade Academy of the Ministry for Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
He is experienced in intellectual property law, licensing, international private and public law. As well, he consulted leading Russian industrial companies and international foundations.
Since 2012 Dmitry is the Chief Legal Officer of SPB TV, dealing with all legal matters of group of companies. His main task in within this office is to provide legal support for the activities of the SPB TV group in all areas, including corporate, regulatory and business aspects.

Kirill Philippov is a co-founder of SPB TV who has been serving as the company CEO since 2007.
Kirill has over 20 years of strategic development and management experience in finance, broadcasting and telecommunication business. He has worked for UK, Canadian, Russian, and Swiss companies.
Kirill holds a PhD degree in Physics and Mathematics (with a thesis on Mathematical Cybernetics) from St. Petersburg State University.
