Dmitri graduated with honors from the School of International Law of Moscow State Institute of International Relations in 2003. After a year in the Spanish law company, Dmitri joined Tetra Pak company. In almost 6 years he had worked his way up from lawyer to Vice-President for Legal Affairs in Eastern Europe and Central Asia and became a member of the Board of Directors.
In 2009, the Legal Department under the leadership of Dmitri became the best in the nomination "Consumer goods manufacturing" of the competition "Best Legal Department".
In 2010, Dmitri decided to obtain MBA in Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO. In the same year he became a co-founder of the company "Standpoint".

Elena graduated from Saint Petersburg State University with a Bachelor's degree in Private International Law and a Master's degree in Commercial Law of the Russian Federation. She is a skilled expert in consulting Russian and foreign companies on the practical application of corporate and commercial law in Russia and international private law.
Elena has extensive experience of working in a large holding supporting corporate processes and implementing functions of corporate secretary; experience in the telecommunications industry, IT equipment distribution industry in Russia and in the field of hospitality (she worked in one of the largest hotels in St. Petersburg).

Irina is a certified auditor. She graduated from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics in 1998. Irina participated in numerous mandatory and voluntary audits of enterprises of different ownership forms and led the working group of auditors.
Irina has extensive experience in tax consulting, as well as successful experience in advocacy of companies in disputes with tax authorities during pre-trials and in court. Irina won dozens of cases.
In 2010, Irina Makarova became a co-founder of the company "Standpoint".
Svetlana graduated from the Institute of Law of the North-Caucasus Federal University and the Faculty of Economics of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
She has experience of working in and with the state authorities, in large private companies as a lawyer and the head of the legal department.
Svetlana has an extensive judicial practice. She is an expert in contract law, transactions, corporate law, antitrust law, labor law.
She joined the team in 2016.
