We wish to share an important announcement about Saint-Germain America, Inc. From the time our doors first opened in Hawaii in 1977, we have enjoyed the support of our loyal customers and our partner vendors in making Saint-Germain a Hawaiian household name for quality baked goods. Whether for birthday or graduation parties, holiday or office events, bringing desserts to friends and relatives, or just enjoying breakfast and snacks at home, you made Saint-Germain a part of your daily lives and embraced us into the local Hawaiian community. To all of you we say "Mahalo!"... However, the persistence of a tough economy in recent years has resulted in a downturn in our business. Under such circumstances, we have made the difficult decision to close down our four retail bakery locations (the Kahala, Waipahu, Beretania, and Dillingham stores) and to cease our other baker operations by the end of August 2018.
