Stephens Carriers is a small, 34-year old company that specializes in delivering no-touch, non-Haz, dry, freight to the West coast. We maintain approximately 50 employees. Team and/or solo drivers usually depart the Hendersonville area; allowing Teams to provide 2-day service. Freight is normally brought to our Hendersonville location, picked up by local drivers and delivered to its destination... As a result, Stephens Carriers is operated with the focus of reliable, on-time deliveries with courteous, experienced drivers using well-maintained equipment... Our drivers normally work a 5-day week. Stephens Carriers offers Health, Life, Vision and Dental insurance. Aflac, along with Short-and Long-Term Disability insurance, and a simple IRA with a company match are also available.
