We are committed to R&D and to develop new software and tools: as a matter of fact, we have invested 10% of our turnover in new tools and materials which gave us new solutions. As a consequence, we have purchased 3D-laser scanners to make measurements and reverse engineering, low-energy presses for injection, whereby we could reach a high quality/productivity ratio. By using new composite materials such as polymers, carbon and glass, we can offer a great deal of new technical solutions. Our engineering department has 2 CAD seats, 1 CAM seat and 1 CAE seat for reverse engineering and measurements control... The moulding shop has 11 presses (ranging in size from 35 to 450 tons) and productivity is performed in 2/3 shifts. In addition to that, we can offer a wide variety of secondary services such as painting, screen printing, pad printing, hot printing, electroplating (chrome-plating, nickel-plating, etc..), texturing (carbon, wood, fake leather), SLA and SLS prototyping,silicon..
