Amy Lazenby

Amy has 15+ years in Human Resources with experience leading recruiting, benefits, and employee relations. Prior to joining StoneRiver, Amy was Director of Human Resources at The Altamont School. Prior to The Altamont School, Amy was a Consultant with Lee Hecht Harrison in Birmingham, AL. Amy graduated from Auburn University with a B.S. in Business Administration with an Accounting major.

Benny M. LaRussa - CEO, Chairman

Benny M. LaRussa, Jr. is the Chairman and CEO of StoneRiver. He has experience with all forms of real estate investing including multifamily, office, industrial warehouse, retail, timber, and mining operations. Since 1988, the acquisition, disposition, and management of real estate assets has been a major focus of Benny's professional career. His career began in the banking and finance sector where he worked at the First National Bank of Birmingham (now Regions Bank). He later became a founding member of First Commercial Bank and Canterbury Trust, both of which were sold to Synovus Financial Corporation in the 90's. Since the formation of StoneRiver, Benny has worked diligently to develop a team of real estate professionals possessing the technical expertise, accountability, and management and leadership skills needed to be a leading real estate company in the Southeast. Benny currently serves on the Board of Directors of First Commercial Bank, Security Engineers, StoneRiver, Fenwick Brands, American Pipe and Supply, and the Auburn University Foundation. Additionally, he serves as Chairman of the Joseph S. Bruno Charitable Foundation. He was a director of Bruno's Corporation until 1995, when the company was sold to KKR. Benny is a graduate of Auburn University with a B.S. in Finance and a Master's in Public and Private Business from Birmingham- Southern College.

Blake Sellers

Blake Sellers serves as an Investment Associate for StoneRiver Company. In this role, Blake is responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities, underwriting and developing business plans for target real estate, and assisting in other aspects of the acquisitions process. Blake works with the asset management, finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure new investments align with StoneRiver's investment strategies. Blake joined StoneRiver in 2019 as a Business Intelligence and Pricing Analyst and quickly rose to the ranks of Investment Analyst and Investment Associate. Blake, a native of Tuscaloosa, received a B.S. in Marketing and Management and an M.B.A. from The University of Alabama.

Catherine Holcombe

Catherine Holcombe serves as StoneRiver's Vice President of Property Management. Catherine oversees the management of StoneRiver's portfolios of apartment communities, our talented on-site staff and our properties' revenue and expense management initiatives. Prior to joining StoneRiver, Catherine was a Regional Vice President with a Birmingham-based property management company, where she worked with a wide range of developers and operators in various commercial real estate sectors, developing expertise in both lease ups and stabilized properties. Catherine oversaw the successful lease ups of The Pizitz Building, The Denham Building, 20 Midtown, and Flats on 4th. Catherine is an active member of the Greater Birmingham Apartment Association and NextGen CPM Leaders Program with the Institute of Real Estate Management. She is an Accredited Commercial Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management and a CPM Candidate.

Chelsea McCollum

Chelsea McCollum serves as a Regional Manager for StoneRiver Property Management where she oversees daily operations, manages budgets, and sets performance objectives for her portfolio in Alabama, Tennessee, and Texas. Prior to joining the StoneRiver team, Chelsea led a multi-million dollar full-property renovation for a 350-unit property in Auburn, AL. Chelsea has 10+ years in Property Management experience ranging throughout multiple markets in the Southeast. She began her career in Student Housing while attending Auburn University, graduating with a B.S. in Human Resource Management and Marketing. Her education, coupled with her experience, has helped her success in managing properties of all styles and classes. Chelsea has overseen many value-add projects and managed lease-up properties of all sizes.

Christie Smith

Colin Moorhouse - Chief Legal Officer, SVP

Colin Moorhouse serves as StoneRiver's Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Colin's responsibilities include all legal aspects of StoneRiver's real estate developments, acquisitions, and divestitures, as well as overseeing the company's risk management disciplines. Colin is a member of the Rotary Club of Birmingham, the Advisory Board for the UAB Comprehensive Cancer Center, the Monday Morning Quarterback Club, and the New Element Board for the McWane Center. Prior to joining StoneRiver, Colin was a partner in the Banking and Corporate groups at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP. Colin graduated from Randolph-Macon College with degrees in Business/Economics & Political Science, and he received his law degree, with honors from the University of Maryland School of Law.

Dan Fuchs

Dan Fuchs serves as StoneRiver's Executive Vice President of Development. In this role, Dan focuses on growing and leading our multifamily development strategy while overseeing the daily operations of StoneRiver's Development, Construction Management, and Asset Management teams. Dan has over 17 years of real estate development and financial experience. Prior to joining StoneRiver, Dan worked as Chief Financial Officer and later as Chief Investments Officer with Aspen Heights. Dan graduated from Gettysburg College with a B.A. in Management and Economics. He earned an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin's McCombs School of Business.

Donald Gambril

Donald Gambril serves as the Vice President of Investments for StoneRiver Company and, in this role, sources and evaluates new investment opportunities and underwrites and develops business plans for multifamily acquisitions and other opportunistic real estate investments. Donald works in conjunction with the asset management, finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure new investments are aligned with StoneRiver's investment strategy. Prior to joining the StoneRiver team, Donald was in investment sales, serving as Director for a privately-held multifamily advisory firm where he was involved in over $1B in transactions across the Southeast. In that role, he sourced business and managed transactions to help clients achieve their goals. Donald, a native of Birmingham, received a B.S. in Finance and an M.B.A. from The University of Alabama.

Emily Jordan

Emily Jordan serves as a Project Manager for StoneRiver Company assisting the President and working closely on development projects. Emily joined StoneRiver in 2006 and has held several roles throughout her career with StoneRiver, including Controller and Director of Operations. Prior to joining the StoneRiver team, Emily worked in accounting with The Bissell Companies and Trammell Crow Company and was the Firm Administrator for Forensic Strategic Solutions. Emily is a native of Birmingham and received a B.S. in Finance from Auburn University. She is a former member of the Board of Directors for Southminster Day School and the Junior Board of Directors for the Birmingham Zoo.

Jeff Harris

Jeff Harris serves as StoneRiver's COO and Executive Vice President of Finance and Accounting. Jeff is responsible for the financial and accounting operations of StoneRiver and its affiliates. This includes all corporate, property, and development finance and accounting. Jeff also oversees StoneRiver Property Management. Prior to joining StoneRiver, Jeff was the CFO for Asset Management and Consulting Services (AMCS), a multifamily real estate investment firm in South Carolina. Prior to AMCS, Jeff led the finance and treasury operations of Savannah College of Art and Design where he developed their fund management strategy and managed the leased/owned real estate holdings. Jeff graduated from the University of South Alabama with a degree in Banking & Finance, and he received an M.B.A. from Emory University.

Jim Richardson

Jim Richardson serves as StoneRiver's Executive Vice President of Tax and Corporate Strategies. Jim is responsible for working with the Senior Management Team in the development and execution of the firm's strategic initiatives and the implementation and supervision of tax strategies. Jim's extensive knowledge and experience benefit both StoneRiver Company and its investors. Prior to joining StoneRiver, Jim served as a Partner for RSM US, the leading U.S. provider of audit, tax, and consulting services to middle-market clients.

Joseph Welden - CIO, President

Joseph Welden is a Birmingham native and President and CIO of StoneRiver. His responsibilities include strategic leadership, identifying and assessing new and existing investments, leasing and brokerage, and managing the operations of StoneRiver and StoneRiver Property Management, LLC. He is a former member of the Board of Directors for Innovation Depot, a member of the Monday Morning Quarterback Club, a member of the Kiwanis Club of Birmingham, and a former President of the Junior Board of Directors for the Birmingham Zoo. Joseph graduated cum laude from Hampden-Sydney College with a B.A. in Mathematical Economics. He earned a Master's in Financial Mathematics from Florida State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Alabama.

Katie Roncadori - COO

Katie Roncadori joined StoneRiver Property Management in 2017 to support the company's national activities as Regional Operations Manager. Katie has a strong real estate background, most recently having led a team through a $2.7 Million Dollar renovation. Prior to joining SRPM she served Engel Realty in Leasing, Management and Marketing and TriBridge Residential as a Community Manager. She has a proven track record as a dedicated manager with a strong work ethic and the ability to build lasting client relations, while keeping the owners' interests in mind. Key areas of expertise include systematized operations, creation and implementation of budgets, staff development, revenue enhancement, cost control and problem solving. She is a Birmingham, Alabama native and proud graduate of The University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Kristy Medley - CMO

Kristy Medley serves as StoneRiver's Director of Marketing and leads corporate marketing to ensure the company's brand is aligned with its investment objective. As a brand strategist, she is responsible for developing and leading the marketing and public relations strategies for StoneRiver Company and StoneRiver Property Management. Prior to joining StoneRiver, Kristy was the Marketing Director with Signature Homes where her wide range of knowledge and experience in marketing strategy, website design, digital marketing, and branding made significant contributions to growth and profitability. She has over 10 years of marketing experience and received a B.S. in Marketing from the School of Business at Jacksonville State University.

Mike Ogles

Mike Ogles serves as StoneRiver's Vice President of Information Technology. In this role, Mike is responsible for coordinating the security, design and implementation of all information technology resources and products for StoneRiver and its onsite property management teams. Mike manages StoneRiver's technology platforms and has been vital in the development of StoneRiver's IT security policies and procedures. Mike has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, including with the City of Hoover, Alabama; Chester's International; and Harbert Management Corporation, where he provided strategic and operational technology services for businesses units with multiple locations. Mike graduated from Huntington College with a B.S. in Business Management.

Missy Johnson

Missy has over 20 years of experience in various industries, including health, research, recruitment, and management. Mollie Seymour - Managing Director

Mollie joins StoneRiver from an independent wealth management firm where she served as Market President. In her career, Mollie has worked with individuals, families, endowments, and foundations to provide holistic management in a fiduciary capacity. Mollie graduated from the University of Mississippi with a B.S. in Business Administration with majors in Banking and Finance and Managerial Finance. Nino Yu Tiamco

Paul graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor's degree in construction management and earned the Cooperative Education degree for students while completing one year of full-time employment during their curriculum.

Ryan Daidone

Ryan Daidone serves as the StoneRiver Property Management's (SRPM) Director of Maintenance. Ryan is responsible for the maintenance operations at all multifamily and office divisions. He also supports the Regional staff by coordinating capital projects, insurance repairs, and performing property inspections to ensure compliance with the company's standard. Prior to joining SRPM, Ryan spent ten years serving Bell Partners in all roles of multifamily maintenance, most recently serving as both the Maintenance Manger and Renovation Coordinator for a 300 unit, $2.3 million dollar property renovation. Ryan is a Birmingham native.

Stuart Mackintosh

Stuart Mackintosh serves as StoneRiver's Vice President of Construction. Stuart is responsible for the successful execution of StoneRiver's new development and value-add construction. Prior to joining StoneRiver, Stuart spent several years in various capacities with Gray Construction where he managed the estimating, design, and construction processes for new and existing facilities throughout the Southeast. Stuart graduated from Sewanee, The University of the South with a bachelor's degree in Political Science. He also earned a Master of Building Construction from Auburn University where he received the department's "Outstanding Graduate Student of the Year" award.

Taylor Marie Hardy

Taylor Marie serves as StoneRiver's Asset Manager. Taylor Marie leads StoneRiver's effort to drive asset operational and financial excellence. Her role includes the generation of operational and transactional analyses, collaboration on construction and renovations, and coordination of investor and lender communications. Prior to joining the StoneRiver team, Taylor Marie led a team in financial reporting and analysis for a rapidly growing technology company. She started her career in public accounting as an auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Taylor Marie graduated Magna Cum Laude from Samford University with a B.S. in Business Administration majoring in Accounting and Finance. Taylor Marie also holds a Master's in Accountancy from the University of Georgia.

Tiffany Savincki

Tiffany Savincki serves as a Regional Training Manager for StoneRiver Property Management. Tiffany has 25 years of Real Estate Management experience in both Multi-Family and Commercial Real Estate. Prior to joining StoneRiver, she served as a Regional Manager responsible for over 10,000 units - Managing a staff of over 15 plus properties all while serving as the liaison between ownership and investors and acquisition and sale teams. During her tenure working in Commercial Real Estate, Tiffany focused on the financial side of Management. Outside of day-to-day Property Accounting, she led Special Projects and Software Implementations. Tiffany graduated from the University of North Alabama with a Degree in Criminal Justice and is currently pursuing her master's degree.

Tim Fitzpatrick

Tim Fitzpatrick serves as StoneRiver's Vice President of Accounting. Tim is a licensed CPA with 15+ years of experience serving the real estate industry. His responsibilities include the financial accounting and reporting for the company's real estate investments. Prior to joining StoneRiver, Tim was Vice President of Accounting for Graham Commercial Properties where he played a lead role implementing the financial processes for the firm's fund platform. Previously, Tim served as the Director of Accounting for Colonial Properties Trust where his team supported the company's multifamily and commercial divisions. Tim graduated from Auburn University with a B.S. in Accounting and received a Master's in Accountancy.

Tommy Hiltz

Tommy Hiltz serves as StoneRiver's Vice President of Investments. Tommy's responsibilities include deal sourcing, underwriting, and business plan development for StoneRiver's real estate investments. Prior to joining StoneRiver, Tommy served as Vice President of Acquisitions for a real estate private equity firm in Boston where he sourced new investment opportunities throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, as well as secured debt financing instruments and negotiated transaction processes. In addition to his work in acquisitions, Tommy has experience in real estate private credit, where he originated debt financing instruments across the capital stack. Tommy received his Bachelor's degree and Master's in Finance from the University of Alabama.

Tori Baxley

Tori Baxley serves as the StoneRiver Property Management's (SRPM) Regional Manager. Tori leads by creating a shared vision, mission, and goals amongst her teams and creates a lasting impact through collaboration and teamwork. She brings with her a wealth of experience in the Property Management industry and a wide variety of asset knowledge including a variety of Class A, mixed-use properties, government housing, and multi-site portfolios. Prior to joining StoneRiver, Tori was a Property Manager with a Birmingham-based property management company, where she worked with a wide range of ownership groups, studying market trends in a competitive downtown market, and built dynamic teams. Tori earned her CAM credentials in April 2020, and her CAPS credentials in February 2022.
