Systems Integrator Holding AG was founded at the end of the 19th century in the canton of Zurich, Switzerland by a Swedish citizen with broad expertise in technical fields such as mechatronics and construction technology. The purpose of the establishment was/and still is, to provide opportunities for people/companies in countries which before 1990 were dependent on the Soviet Union, to be able to expand in cooperation with the companies which in various ways are part of the Systems Integrator Holding AG group of companies. The combined expertise and technological resources of these companies, whether wholly owned, partly owned, or only closely linked to Systems Integrator AG, now offer a flexible and competitive organization in selected technology areas. The company is still majority owned by Swedish investors...
