AS CFO of several start-ups, Laurence was responsible for raising capital from venture capitalists and strategic partners. Laurence has dealt with tax and accounting planning regarding numerous issues for these companies. Laurence received an MBA in Finance/International Business and an MS in Accounting from New York University, Stern School of Business.
