Alessandro is a junior expert currently supporting t33 on EU Cohesion Policy Studies and evaluations.
Education: Currently in a Master's degree in Economics and Political Science at the University of Milan, Bachelor's degree in Political Science at the University of Milan.
Alessandro is a senior expert in European studies and evaluation, with a strong background in regional policies and a solid experience in leading studies covering EU-28. He was the team leader of the European consortium providing technical assistance to the fi-compass platform, developed by the European Commission and the European Investment Bank to enhance the use of financial instruments in the European Structural and Investment Funds.
Partner of t33, he founded the company in 2007 and covered the position of director until 2014

Arianna is an expert currently supporting t33 on EU Cohesion Policies studies and evaluations, with a focus on European Territoral Cooperation.
Clarissa is an expert mostly working on studies concerning EU policies (e.g. SMEs policy) and evaluations of EU Cohesion Policy programmes (e.g. ERDF operational programme of the Province of Trento). Previously, she had an experience as trainee at the European Commission - DG Regio.

Giovanni is a senior expert in European studies and evaluation, with a strong background in regional policies and a solid experience in leading studies covering EU-28. Currently he is leading European Commission projects ensuring better management of data in the scope of the European Structural Funds. Coordinator of Work Package Zero and Work Package Three of the European Commission ex-post evaluation of the European Regional Development Fund and Cohesion Fund 2007-2013. He was key expert providing technical assistance to the fi-compass platform, developed by the European Commission and the European Investment Bank.
Partner of t33, he co-founded the company in 2007 and is the Sole Director since December 2019
Jacqueline Dawn Palmer has extensive experience in providing professional translation and reviewing services to institutions and companies with particular focus on the review of papers for academic
publications. Since 2021 Jacqueline has undertaken language reviews of reports and technical offers delivered by t33 to EU institutions. She also teaches English as a foreign language both in academic and vocational contexts and has been the language coach to senior and junior t33 experts since 2012.
Education: BSc (Honours) Open Degree with focus on English language studies and economics from the Open University in Milton Keynes, UK; Master's degree in foreign language teaching at Ca' Foscari University in Venice, Italy.

Education: Master's Degree in History of Mediterranean, European and Middle Eastern Civilizations at the university of Paris Nanterre; Bachelor's Degree in History at the University of Lille
Lorenzo is a senior expert in capacity building with a noticeable track record in the design of learning processes, gained as executive education coordinator of an international business school. In the framework of a series of European Commission initiatives, he is adopting a systematic approach to enhance the administrative capacities of the authorities managing EU funds belonging to cohesion policy. Between 2016 and 2018 he was key expert of the European Commission and European Investment Bank platform fi-compass devoted to enhance the use of financial instruments in European Structural and Investment Funds. As an evaluator, Lorenzo covered both his key topic, i.e. administrative capacity, and European Territorial Cooperation with a focus on the Alpine area.
Maddalena is a senior expert in technical assistance services and management, monitoring, control and reporting of projects funded under ESIF.
She provides technical assistance services for European projects and she is financial manager dealing with all the reporting activities of European financing.
In the past, she covered the role of financial controller for severl companies, including multinational groups.

Michele is a senior expert in European studies and evaluation with specific competence in statistics and quantitative analysis. He has contributed to a long series of reports and file notes prepared for the European Committee of the Regions since 2011. Between 2014 and 2015 he worked for the technical assistance for the European Regional Development Fund Operational Programme of Marche Region. Also, he provided technical assistance to the fi-compass platform, with a focus on financial instruments for the European Social Fund and European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.

Nicola is a senior expert in EU funded programmes especially belonging to cohesion policy. His focus is on administrative simplification and namely on Simplified Cost Options (SCO), i.e. use of standard scales of unit costs, flat rate and lump sums in European Structural and Investment Funds. Based on substantial contribution to some of the main studies of the European Commission in the field of SCO, Nicola provides technical assistance and capacity building services to authorities managing EU funds. As an evaluator, Nicola has a long and intensive experience of European Territorial Cooperation Programmes in several European areas, such as in the Mediterranean and Eastern neighbouring areas.

Paola is bid co-manager of t33, responsible for the administrative preparation of tender applications. Furthermore, as policy analyst, she also contibutes to studies and evaluations of on EU Cohesion Policy programmes and projects. She has investigated regional programmes in Italy, France and Romania and contributed to advanced evaluation exercises of European Territorial Cooperation.

Pietro is a senior expert in European studies and evaluation, with a long track record in European project cycle management. He coordinated a framework contract of the European Committee of the Regions that produced 13 EU level studies on the role played by local and regional authorities for the socio-economic development. He is currently co-managing a similar framework contract of the European Committee of the Regions, and is the project manager of a European Commission study dedicated to public procurement. Since 2011 he has been contributing to several evaluations of European Territorial Cooperation programmes.

Education: Master's Degree in Government and Policies: Public Policies at the LUISS Guido Carli in Rome; Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
Tim is an editor and a senior expert of financial instruments. He is part of fi-compass, a major project for the European Commission and the European Investment Bank, editing to improve readability of publications, as well as moderating and training at 20 national events in most EU member states.
