Anurag is a highly analytical and innovative leader with a proven record of achieving exponential growth and has accomplished several milestones in his career. Before joining TalentSprint as CSO, Anurag served as the Senior Director and Business Head at Hughes Global Education. He has two decades of professional experience in sales and marketing across many blue-chip companies such as Ashok Leyland, Mahindra & Mahindra, and Career Launcher, and also as an entrepreneur. Throughout his career, Anurag has mentored many thousands of students and corporate executives across India. His area of expertise spans Sales and Marketing, Strategic Initiatives, Business Development, Channel Management, and Developing High-Performance Teams. Anurag received his BTech in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Calicut (erstwhile known as Regional Engineering College).

Asokan Pichai

Asokan is the Chief Learning Officer at TalentSprint. He heads Learning and Development, and is passionate about Instructional Design and building a capability of "Learning to Learn" among learners. Across 40 years in Learning and Development and Software Development, Asokan has trained over 6000 software engineers, designed 40+ courses, and conducted 'Train the Trainer' programs for over 300 trainers and nearly 100 instructional designers and developers. He is a certified MBTI administrator and has coached many first time managers and C-level executives. Asokan has held leadership positions in his previous engagements, such as CEO of MinVesta, CTO of Ma Foi, Chief Trainer at Virtusa, and Technical Director at Brilliant's Computer Centre. With the FOSSEE project, IIT Bombay, he helped design, develop student courses and teacher's training programs for the engineering curriculum. As an entrepreneur he set up India's first Urban website, India's first Tamil website and India's first Chess website. Asokan is the recipient of various prestigious honours. In July 2015, CHRO ASIA recognized him as one of the 50 Most Influential Training & Development Professionals.

Santanu is the Founder and CEO of TalentSprint. Under his leadership, TalentSprint has emerged as a leading player in the deep-tech education industry and is currently a part of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) Group Company. TalentSprint partners with top academic institutions and global corporations to bring transformational high-end and deep-tech learning programs to emerging and experienced professionals. Santanu also serves as an Independent Director at NSDL Payments Bank and National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) and leads various Board Sub-Committees. Santanu began his professional career in New York as a Research Scientist at the IBM T.J. Watson Research Center in Yorktown Heights. He worked as Chief Technology Officer for OpenPages and Viveca, both venture-backed high-tech firms. Before embarking on this entrepreneurial journey, Santanu spent 5 years with Virtusa as Senior Vice President, responsible for Global Delivery Operations. He played a pivotal role in building Virtusa, India as an aspirational employer brand for the best technical and management talent, leading up to an IPO in 2007. A recipient of many academic scholarships, including the Rackham Doctoral Fellowship, the IBM Canada Fellowship, the LaCroute Fellowship for Computing Sciences, Santanu has authored over 20+ research papers and is an inventor on 2 US patents. Gurpreet has over 20 years of rich corporate experience across industries. She has held senior leadership positions in corporate and business human resources functions at Honeywell, Intel and PricewaterhouseCoopers. At Honeywell Technologies, Gurpreet led Organization Development, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits and Business HR groups. Gurpreet has also worked on several strategic consulting assignments with IT and manufacturing companies.

Jitendra Singh - CTO

Jitendra is the Chief Technology Officer at TalentSprint. At TalentSprint, he leads the cloud-first technology strategy of the company to create open source based scalable feature rich, easy to use and interactive course delivery platform, iPearl, which has been used by over 1 million users and can support upto 50,000 concurrent learners. iPearl has been appreciated by top academicians, industry trainers and learners alike and is being used by IIM Calcutta and IIT Jammu for their core degree programs. Prior to TalentSprint, Jitendra served at Kenexa, a leading provider of HR software and services. He was part of the core team which re-designed and successfully delivered the product to many live customers. He was responsible for creating critical components including core workflow module for the next generation of software products. He also led a team responsible for large scale performance improvement of the live product. Jitendra started his career at Virtusa and rose to the role of Technology Lead in less than three years. At Virtusa, he had the opportunity to work for various clients in hi-tech business unit including BPM Leader PegaSystems. Jitendra has a B. Tech. from IIT Kanpur.

Mayur leads the Marketing function at TalentSprint. He holds a strong track record in both B2B and B2C marketing, spanning across manufacturing, e-commerce, and education sectors. He has over 18 years of professional experience working with leading brands like JSW, L&T, Snapdeal, and GIIS. As the Head of Marketing (India), in his past role with GIIS (a Singapore-based International school), he spearheaded the implementation of an omnichannel marketing framework, which resulted in enhanced brand recall, higher conversion rates, and lower customer acquisition costs. He also launched 3 new campuses in India during his tenure at GIIS. Before that, as Associate Director of Category Marketing at Snapdeal, he was instrumental in devising marketing strategies backed by data analytics and rolled-out innovative campaigns targeting millions of consumers. He also led the merchandising of over 1000+ categories across all the platforms.
