Todd and his wife Jennifer have two sons (Jake, Sam) and are now grandparents. Shortly after graduating from Ball State in 1987, he started managing lumber yards and supplied building materials to Team in the mid 90's when Team built his family's home. He joined Team in 2002 and spends most of his time in sales. A few lucky customers (some may consider it UN-lucky!) will have him as their project manager.
