Amethyst Howard, LMT, RDMS (AB/OBGYN) is a native of Columbus, G and a graduate of Georgia Massage School in Suwanee, Ga. She has been practicing massage therapy since graduating from the 500 hr. program from Georgia Massage School in 2020. While attending school and through various continued education courses, Amethyst realized her calling and passion is Neuromuscular and Therapeutic Massage Therapy. Through consistent hard work and passion, she was awarded the opportunity of working with the NFL for 3 consecutive seasons as a Sports Massage and Neuromuscular Therapist. She continues to learn every day from her mentors and most importantly her clients who push her every day to be a better therapist. Amethyst is excited to increase her knowledge and skills as she navigates the various modalities within the profession of massage therapy focusing on healing clients through her heart and through her hands.

Amy Nagy holds dual licensure for massage and esthetics. She was nationally certified for massage in 2014 with further training in Chiang Mai, Thailand. She is a member of AMTA , certified in PCA for chemical peels and Dermaplane Pro certified. Amy is committed to making her clients feel their very best and customizes each treatment, whether it is a massage or facial. She also proudly served for 8 years in the U.S Army, loves Jesus, world travel, reading, adventure, and clean comedy.

Whitney Jones, LMT is a native of Columbus, Ga and graduate from Atlanta School of Massage, 750hr program in Atlanta,GA in early 2024. Since obtaining her license in massage therapy she has began her career here at Sunday's perfecting her craft. Whitney is very compassionate about her work and is excited to keep learning new skills and modalities to help others. She loves to create a unique healing experience for each client, while specializing in therapeutic and deep tissue techniques. She is also certified in reflexology!
