SALLMANN - Key Persons
Partner since 1999. Debra owned and managed a local CPA firm for twelve years before merging with Sallmann, Yang & Alameda. She received her bachelor's degree with honors in business administration with options in accounting and information systems management from California State University, Hayward. Debra manages the firm's computer local area network. She is active in various business and professional communities as a board and committee member.
Partner since 2019. Joined the firm in November 1996. She received her bachelor's degree, with great distinction, in business administration with a concentration in finance from San Jose State University.
Jennifer has expertise in both accounting and tax with various industries, from start-up enterprises to multi-state companies, and not-for-profit. Jennifer has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant since 1993.
Sallmann, Yang & Alameda was established in 1963 by Louise Sallmann. Louise retired in 1984 and the firm is currently being run by Percy S. Yang, Debra K. Doble, Jennifer D. Castelluccio and Richard C. Gordon. We are very proud to have celebrated our 60th year of serving our clients in 2023.

Partner since 2022. Originally joined the firm in December 2013 and returned as a Partner in December 2022. He received his bachelor's degree in accounting from Eastern Illinois University. He has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant since 1989. Rich has extensive expertise in both accounting and tax within various industries, as well as with high net-worth individuals. Rich is also the firm's forensic accounting and litigation support partner.
