Lucia Dini has joined TH Airport Consulting in 2022 as Airport Consultant. With an academic background in Aviation and Transportation (B.A. in Aviation Management from IUBH International University of Bad Honnef, Germany) and her first practical experiences in airport consulting, she brightens our team with her young but creative competence.
During her studies, she completed aviation management projects in network & revenue management and extensively developed her analytical and quantitative skills. Her passion for innovation and digital technologies inspires her to apply her critical thinking to find optimal solutions for the development of airports.
Mariola Ziolkowski has been working in leading positions at airport operators and consultancies and can look back on more than 20 years of international airport experience. Her specialties include ORAT, Airport Audits, Safety and Security, Airport Process Planning, Airport Commercial and Financial Management, Airport Revenue Generation, Developing a Customer Service Culture at Airports as well as HR and Organizational Development. Mariola is an accredited International Airport Professional by ACI/ICAO (AMPAP) and provides professional ORAT training courses.
She is a permanent member of the ACI EUROPE Committees for Security, Economics, HR as well as Technical, Operations & Safety and frequently updates her knowledge according to latest standards and ICAO/EASA Regulations.

Mark Longrée is a highly knowledgeable architect specialised in the field of Aviation & Transportation planning and architecture. He has more than 20 years experience in Project Development and Project Management for both the design of new terminals and the redesign of existing terminal infrastructure. His experience encompasses a large amount of high profile projects around the world where he demonstrated the ability to lead large project teams and to coordinate multiple architecture and engineering disciplines.
Mark is the Managing Director of our partner company IADC GmbH and frequently joins forces with us.
Peter has been working in leading positions in the aviation industry for more than 30 years. He has profound international work experience in various countries such as Bahrain, Brazil, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Ukraine. His strengths include airport and airline operations, operational readiness and airport transfers as well as the passenger experience.
Peter has been working for 8 years as Project Manager and Senior Consultant for ORAT as well as Operations and Passenger Experience projects worldwide, partly on behalf of Munich Airport International. Prior to that, he spent 17 years as a station manager or airport service manager for airlines, i.a. Qatar Airways, Korean Air, Korean Air Cargo, German BA at various airports.
Thorsten Nicolaus has been working as an expert for renowned airport consultancies in senior positions for more than 35 years with experience at more than 20 airports. He has joined our team in 2010 and since then contributed his valuable ideas on a strategic as well as analytical level to the success of our projects.
His specialties include airport capacity planning and analysis, evaluation of options based on strategic objectives and KPIs, definition and management of terminal requirements as well as the planning of specific airport systems such as APM (automated people movers) and BHS (baggage handling systems).

Torsten Hentschel has been working in leading positions at airport operators and consultancies and can look back on more than 25 years of international airport experience. Having led or participated in more than 50 airport consulting projects worldwide, he specializes in terminal planning, security and operations processes as well as the passenger experience.
Torsten is a permanent member of the ACI EUROPE Committee for Facilitation and Customer Services, the ACI Africa Committee for Security and Facilitation as well as the ACI World Facilitation and Services Standing Committee and frequently presents on the latest topics relevant to the airport business. As rapporteur of the ACI EUROPE Taskforce on the Passenger Experience, he is one of the contributors to the widely acknowledged "Guidelines for Passenger Services at European Airports" and the "Guidelines for a Healthy Passenger Experience". For this engagement, Torsten has been rewarded with the prestigious ACI EUROPE World Business Partner Award in 2015.
Before founding TH Airport Consulting, Torsten was the Head of Terminal Planning and Airport Processes at an international airport consultancy and until the year 2000 Head of Building Construction and Planning at Leipzig International Airport.
