TBBA is comprised of builders, remodeling contractors, carpenters, subcontractors, or any building industry trade professional. The association enhances both the industry and individual businesses through governmental partnerships, education, and marketing opportunities... Since 1946, the Tampa Bay Builders Association's mission has been serving professionals in the home building and remodeling industry, including attorneys, engineers, lending institutions, market analysts, and other consultants and vendors. We create opportunities for our members to grow their businesses, enhance their professional knowledge, and ensure their voice is heard on legislative and regulatory issues. Although independent, we work closely and remain aligned with both the Florida Home Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders.
