Rich Miller, Jr., CPA leads the company as the President and works with brokers daily to help navigate options for consumer-directed benefits and plan design optimization for their clients. His son, Rich III as Vice President, leads the operation for all administration clients. In addition, Rich's second son, Brian, leads the new business partnership function. Laurie Greene, Rich's daughter and perhaps one of the most tenured on the team, is a highly specialized account manager.
