He has a talent for starting new companies and leading company growth programmes in addition to putting strategic marketing plans into action and managing operations in a variety of industries. His expertise in project and programme management is demonstrated by his ability to guarantee the prompt completion of projects in industries like construction and telecommunications while upholding quality standards. Samuel has worked as a Country Representative for organizations throughout his career, representing them not only in Tanzania but also in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Egypt, and other nations. Her tenure here is notable for forging strong partnerships with government bodies, and international stakeholders, driving substantial progress in humanitarian support, climate resilience, and market access for smallholder farmers. Before assuming her current role at TCRS, Irene significantly contributed to the Tanzania Breast Cancer Foundation as the Head of Programs. She continues to volunteer for breast and cervical cancer initiatives in Tanzania.
