Susan Fondy Rosales has been a top agent on the Westside for over 25 years. She has consistently been in the top percentile of agents since she sold her first home in 1989. Sue was born and raised in Venice and is a true Westsider, as well as a second generation Realtor.
In her many years of selling Santa Monica, Venice, Mar Vista, Culver City, Beach Coast properties and all of the surrounding areas, Sue has garnered numerous top agent awards and has gained invaluable experience which gives her knowledge of the ever changing market place and its impact on local Real Estate. Having represented hundreds of families/individuals, Estates and Bank Owned properties in her successful career, she has also mentored and trained many young agents including her daughter Rachael who has been a productive member of the team since 2002.
