Greg joined The Providence Group team as a Business Development Manager in 2023. He was born and raised in Southern California, and has greater than 12 years of experience in various areas of the automotive industry. He spent his early years as an Automobile Service Writer for a national auto repair and maintenance company, before assuming a management role overseeing multiple vehicle rental locations for an international rental car company. To further enhance his career in the automobile industry, he joined the Car Sales Division of his former employer, and was successful improving Finance & Insurance goals across multiple dealerships. Greg focuses on creating and implementing simple efficient processes, that utilize individual strengths to maximize results. He believes combining this strategy with quality products and stellar customer service, will help his customers exceed their goals. He joined The Providence Group to support dealer partners in training, developing, and retaining their valuable employees, streamlining their processes, increasing revenue, and surpassing their strategic and financial objectives. JACK MELLON - CEO

Jack has an extensive retail automotive career. He is experienced in all phases of dealership operations. He has served as a consultant to automotive dealers since 1981. He has been nationally recognized as an expert in dealer reinsurance programs. Jack started The Providence Group in 1991 after running a seven state region for Voyager Automotive Group as Sr. Vice President. Jack worked around the car business as a teenager but went off to the University of Florida to become an accountant. After only a few months in that profession he went to work for the local Ford dealer in 1974 who helped him work his way up to GM-operator of a Chevrolet store. In 1981 he moved to Virginia to start a consulting career in the automotive field that has covered almost thirty years. A strong believer in process and execution he has made that the foundation of Providence. Jack has an extensive retail automotive career. He is experienced in all phases of dealership operations. JENNIFER LAWSON

has acquired a wide range of experience since beginning with The Providence Group in 2002. She has progressed through a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to; all accounting functions, payroll, HR, marketing, dealer relations, agent support, and Office Manager. She serves as the liaison between our vendors, dealers and agents. Jennifer was promoted to Business Manager in July 2015. Her knowledge of the business, products and services are instrumental in the day to day running of The Providence Group. KORY KENNEDY

Kory came to us after 24 years of retail experience in various areas of the franchise automotive world. He has an extensive history in subprime financing as he was the Regional Director of Special Finance for the Heritage Division of the MileOne Automotive Group in Baltimore, Maryland. He also worked as a Regional Sales Director for the numerous franchises MileOne has in the Baltimore metro. He has spent a great deal of his career building teams and implementing processes to create a streamlined and cohesive team working together to create higher bottom line net profits for his dealerships. He loves the automotive industry and truly enjoys teaching others how to work smarter, rather than harder, to maximize personal ROI. He joined The Providence Group in 2022. Lisa is an Indiana native who settled in Virginia in 1993. She has over 20 years of marketing experience. Lisa joined The Providence Group as the Marketing Coordinator in 2015. She is responsible for the marketing, communication and business development efforts of the business. In addition to strategic business development efforts, she directs media relations, branding, advertising and website development. She manages and oversees sponsorships, events, charitable contributions, ordering, and more.
