Cameron McElhinny - CIO, VP

Cameron McElhinny is vice president and chief information officer for Textron Systems and a member of the Textron Systems Executive Leadership Team. He is responsible for developing and executing a high-performance information technology (IT) and digital strategy in line with the corporate vision, as well as directing day-to-day information systems activities for the organization. In his previous position at Textron Inc., Cameron was the chief information security officer (CISO). In this role, Cameron was responsible for setting policy, performing governance and managing cyber risk for Textron's businesses. He joined Textron in 1996 and, prior to assuming the CISO role, held a variety of leadership positions in PLM and ERP at Bell and Textron Aviation. Cameron is a private pilot and holds a B.S. in computer science and an M.B.A. in business administration from Wichita State University.

David A. Phillips - SVP

David A. Phillips is Senior Vice President of Textron Systems' Land and Sea Systems businesses, as well as a member of the Textron Systems Executive Leadership Team. In this role, he sets the strategic path for our land- and sea-focused business segments and leads the execution of key programs. Land and Sea Systems design, build and support advanced ground vehicle systems and non-traditional surface craft with a focus on engineering state-of-the-art capabilities. These products are used by the U.S. and allied nations, as well as civilian entities around the globe. Prior to assuming his current position, Phillips served as Senior Vice President & General Manager of Unmanned Systems where he led teams responsible for designing, delivering, manufacturing, fielding and supporting unmanned systems, associated command and control systems, and next-generation robotics and autonomy technologies. Previously, Phillips was Vice President, Tactical Mission Systems, during which he was responsible for unmanned aircraft system operations, including deployed resources and contractor-owned, contractor-operated (COCO) programs. Phillips joined the Hunt Valley, Md., based organization - then known as AAI Corporation - in 2003 as Director of Armament Programs, and subsequently held various positions of increasing responsibility in Advanced Systems, Business Development and Strategy. Before joining AAI, Phillips spent 21 years at BAE Systems, formerly United Defense LP, and BMY Combat Systems, where he last served as Director of Artillery Programs for the company's Ground Systems Division. He also served on the Executive Leadership Council for this division, which was responsible for designing, producing, and supporting the M2 Bradley, M109A6 Paladin, M992 Field Artillery Ammunition Supply Vehicle, M88 Hercules, M9 Armored Combat Earthmover and the M113 for the U.S. Army, U.S. Marine Corps, and numerous allied nations. He previously served as program director for the M109A6 Paladin Self-Propelled Howitzer program. Under his leadership, over 1,000 systems were eventually fielded and supported with the U.S. Army and U.S. Army National Guard. Mr. Phillips also served in a number of increasingly responsible engineering and management positions within BAE Systems, United Defense and BMY, all devoted to the development and production of combat vehicle system-related products and technologies. Phillips holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alabama. He also is a graduate of the Defense Systems Management College Advanced Program Management curriculum, Textron's Executive Leadership Program at Arizona State University's Thunderbird School of Global Management, and Textron's Senior Executive Leadership Program at Duke University. He is a member of the Navy League of the United States, the Association of Unmanned Vehicle Systems International, the Army Aviation Association of America, the Association of the U.S. Army, the National Defense Industrial Association and the U.S. Army Field Artillery Association.

Dennis Kim - Chief Legal Officer, SVP

Dennis Kim is senior vice president and general counsel for Textron Systems and a member of the Textron Systems Executive Leadership Team. In this role, he is responsible for providing legal and business advice to manage risk and support complex transactions, including managing due diligence processes and negotiating agreements. Kim manages a highly skilled legal team responsible for multiple business divisions, both domestic and international. Prior to joining Textron Systems, Kim served as deputy general counsel for Military and Commercial Business and Procurement for Bell Flight, where he was responsible for all transactional efforts (sales and procurement), process integrity, as well as the Ethics and Compliance program. While at Bell Flight, Kim and his team were responsible for supporting military programs such as the V-22 and H-1, and commercial platforms such as the Bell 429, Bell 505 and Bell 525. Kim began his legal career as a U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps officer, holding various positions such as trial counsel and chief of legal assistance. After discharge from the Army, Kim continued his legal career as a civilian litigation counsel, supporting the Army Suspension and Debarment Official at the Army's Procurement Fraud Branch within the U.S. Army Legal Services Agency. Kim attended Georgia State University, where he received a Juris Doctor degree. He received his bachelor's degree in political science and music from Augusta State University.

Frank Muth - SVP

Major General Frank Muth (Retired), native of Columbia, MD, graduated from Norwich University in 1986 as an Aviation Officer. He has held numerous assignments over 34 years of service, but most notably he commanded in combat at the Air Cav Troop, Air Cav Squadron and Combat Aviation Brigade levels. In addition to operational assignments, Major General Muth has focused efforts on training equipping, and manning the United States Army. Prior to his assignment as The Commanding General of the United States Army Recruiting Command, he spent two years in Saudi Arabia conducting security cooperation and foreign military sales. He retired on 1 OCT 2020 and is now the Vice President for Global Sales, Strategy and Marketing at Textron Systems. He is married to his wife Lesley, and they have two children Conner, and Susan.

Howe & Howe Technologies first gained notoriety in 2001, with the development of the world's fastest tank, the Ripsaw Super Tank. Successful demonstrations soon followed, which eventually allowed the Howes, at the age of 31, to be named among the youngest in history to ever prime a multi-million-dollar military contract from the U.S. Soon after, in 2010, Howe & Howe Technologies received a Guinness World Record for developing the world's smallest armored vehicle, the Badger. By the time the Howes were 36, they had one world record, multiple patents pending for their product developments, as well as military contracts. Michael Kraft

Michael Kraft is Senior Vice President & Technical Counsel for Textron Systems, as well as a member of our Executive Leadership Team. He is responsible for new and emerging programs across the business as the leader of the Applied Technologies and Advanced Programs area. In this role, he works across our business lines to oversee technology development and investment at the Textron Systems product portfolio level, ensuring that new products are ready to enter the marketplace according to our strategic plans. Michael is also responsible for leading the Engineering Business Systems area, which focuses primarily on providing the tools and continuous improvement environment needed to support product lifecycle management across Textron Systems. Prior to assuming this role, Michael served as Senior Vice president and General Manager of Lycoming Engines. His experience strategically directing Lycoming's product portfolio provides Kraft with unique insight that can be leveraged in his current role to support Textron Systems development and investment growth from all perspectives. Earlier in Kraft's career, he served as senior vice president of research, development and engineering at Lycoming, as well as various other positions in engineering and general management at Andritz, GE Power Systems and GE Aircraft Engines. He has also served as a member of the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Unleaded Avgas Transition Advanced Rulemaking Committee, and presented at the National Academy of Sciences. Kraft earned master's and bachelor's degrees in aeronautics and astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He also is a Textron Six Sigma certified Black Belt, specializing in Design for Six Sigma.

Mike Kieran - SVP

Mike Kieran is the Senior Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain at Textron Systems as well as a member of the Executive Leadership Team. In this role, he is responsible for supplier management, manufacturing operations, material management, quality assurance, environmental health and safety, and facility management across the Textron Systems enterprise. Prior to his current role, Kieran served as Vice President of Mission Support & Modernization for Textron Systems Unmanned Systems. In this role, he was responsible for program execution of development, production, and sustainment efforts on the Shadow® Tactical Unmanned Aircraft System, Universal Ground Control Stations, One System® Remote Video Terminal, and other aftermarket logistics support programs. With Textron Systems since 1996, Kieran's prior responsibilities include Vice President, Integrated Supply Chain at both Textron Systems' Hunt Valley, Md. and Wilmington, Mass. facilities. He has held several leadership roles in operations, supply chain management, production planning and control, and continuous improvement. Kieran is a certified Textron Six Sigma Black Belt and served as on the Board of Examiners for the Shingo Prize for Operation Excellence. Shannon Massey is the senior vice president and general manager of Lycoming Engines, the only U.S. owned and operated aviation piston engine manufacturer. In this role, Massey is responsible for the strategic direction of Lycoming Engines, inclusive of its aviation product portfolio development, its manufacturing core competencies, and customer services. She also serves as a member of the Textron Systems Executive Leadership Team. Before Massey joined Lycoming Engines, she was the vice president of Assembly Operations at Bell where she managed assembly centers in Amarillo, Texas; Lafayette, Louisiana; and Ozark, Alabama. Massey first joined Bell as an engineer in 1995. Throughout her 25-year career with Bell, she held various roles of increased responsibility in all Fort Worth Operations Centers of Excellence, including the Advanced Composites, Rotors and Drive Systems Centers. Shannon holds a master's degree in Business Administration from Texas Christian University and a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
