Adam Bailey is a salesperson with The Summit Group who joined the team in 2015. He is a 2008 graduate of Mars Hill University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a 2011 graduate of Mercer University with a Master of Education. Adam obtained his Georgia Real Estate License in 2015.
He is continuously building and adding to his experience with certifications and conferences. He is a 2016 graduate of Leadership Macon, a program offering leadership training for people looking to be involved in Macon-Bibb County's growth and development. Adam has also attended International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) conferences in both Las Vegas and Atlanta.

Derek Foster is an associate broker with The Summit Group. He graduated Liberty University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and acquired his Georgia Real Estate License in 2016. Derek also worked with the Houston County Sheriff's Office for 14 years where he held many leadership positions and was able to obtain many certifications to include those in supervision and management. He is a member of the Central Georgia Board of Realtors and serves on various committees within the community raising support for those in need.
Derek is a high energy positive force to be around. He is passionate about working with commercial real estate clients and seeks to perform at the highest levels possible while maintaining an unprecedented level of professionalism and integrity. His experience with commercial real estate transactions and financing, along with real estate investment consulting, new construction sales, REO, real estate marketing, and real estate contract negotiations make him uniquely qualified to handle any real estate transactions necessary.

King Kemper is a partner and associate broker with The Summit Group. He graduated from Auburn University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Communications and acquired his Georgia Real Estate License the same year. Soon after, he attended Mercer University where he completed his MBA in 1997. King received his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 2003.
King enjoys working with new people and different personalities, ultimately trying to bring them all together to complete the goal of buying and selling commercial real estate. Having the opportunity to meet and interact with different people and personalities on a daily basis is something he loves about the industry. Rex Yoder is an associate broker who joined The Summit Group in 2014. Rex's background includes a wide variety of experience including real estate sales, customer service and consulting, education, and franchise management. He graduated from Oglethorpe University in 1971 with a Bachelor of Science in Education. Rex acquired his Ohio Real Estate License in 1983, Florida Real Estate License in 2006, and Georgia Real Estate License in 2010.

Sterling Bailey is a founding partner and managing broker with The Summit Group. He graduated from the University of Georgia in 1975 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate. That same year, he obtained his Georgia real estate license. Sterling got his start as a commercial realtor in 1988 and contributed to the founding of The Summit Group in 1994.
Sterling enjoys forming relationships with prospective real estate clients and customers. In his 30+ years of experience, he has found that commercial real estate transactions often lead to lasting relationships with local business professionals which creates a close-knit feel in the Middle Georgia community.
