Robert R. Lowther - CEO, President

Robert R. Lowther is President and CEO of The Denali Group. Mr. Lowther has a strong background specializing in the construction and project management of dental offices (as well as medical and veterinary offices). He has specialized in this professional area for the last 17+ years. Mr. Lowther has been in executive level construction management for the majority of his career. As a Senior Network Manager with MCI/WorldCom, Robert was responsible for identifying locations, negotiating terms, managing the design and construction of Point of Presence Centers, Central Offices and other company office space in 17 countries. Following this experience, he took his construction expertise and, for the last 16 years, has focused on dental design and construction, both as head of field services with a commercial builder/general contractor and with his own prior company. In his years of experience, Mr. Lowther realized that dentists were being taken advantage of at just about every turn of the process of relocating or starting a new practice. So he helped form The Denali Group to leverage his experience, expertise and passions to the benefit of its clients. Saving money, reducing schedules, and eliminating stress are big motivators for Robert. Often called the "miracle worker" by past clients and employers, Robert is adept at overcoming challenges and finding "out of the box" solutions that both resolve issues and keep a project's budget and schedule intact! His ability to maintain a high level viewpoint of a project, while also focusing on its day-to-day detail-oriented solutions allows Denali's clients to rest easy that their projects are being managed professionally and with their best interest in mind. Robert enjoys spending his time off with his two dogs (and formerly his horse), and doing house projects. He also enjoys being involved in his community and helping people exceed their own professional and personal expectations.

Susan Tibbles - EVP

Susan Tibbles is Executive Vice President of The Denali Group. Prior to joining Denali, Susan was associated with the company for many years in another capacity: she was Denali's banker when the company was previously headquartered in Denver, CO. At Denali, Ms. Tibbles spearheads client banking relationships and helping to secure practice financing for Denali's clients. She also works closely with each client's lender throughout their entire project to smoothly manage the loan disbursement process and payments to construction contractors, other service providers, and all vendors. Susan has a love and talent for analysis and also uses this acumen to track project budgets and our project cost savings summaries. Overall in a more broad organizational sense, she acts as a de facto company Controller overseeing Denali's internal financial operations and fiscal controls. Susan also gets involved in our extensive demographic research and analysis-again, her analytical side comes in very handy evaluating large amounts of data, and spotting significant demographics patterns and positive trends which help identify exceedingly viable locations for a new start or relocating dental practice. Ms. Tibbles grew up in Glen Ellyn, IL-a western suburb of Chicago. She began college attending Texas Christian University, then transferred and finished her degree at the University of Texas in Austin. She earned her Bachelor in Arts in Economics, with a minor in Business. Susan began her 18 year banking career in 1995 at Wells Fargo Bank where she literally worked in every position in retail banking-from being a teller to overseeing all operations of a large banking branch. While there, Susan held positions as diverse as being part of the district team, a market support analyst, and an officer and branch manager for multiple offices. In 2006, Susan joined KeyBank in Denver, CO. While there she also was in a number of positions, including being responsible for operations, training, and federal regulation compliance of 13 bank offices with a combined total of more than 60 employees. At one location, she helped increase standing among peer banks by 50%, while reducing losses by 176%; at another bank she was responsible for increasing sales by 200% within a six month period, and reducing controllable losses by 250%. Susan's banking experience includes assisting individual consumers and business clients with everything from account management, to investing, to obtaining and structuring both personal and commercial lending. She has managed teams as small as 5 people to as large as 25 at any one time. During her career she has been known to be a very hands on and customer-focused banker-one who not only meets, but seeks to exceed a client's expectations and goals. Ms. Tibbles has held Security & Exchange Commission NASD Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, as well as health and life insurance licenses in Colorado. Susan has received numerous awards through her career, including Top Market Support Analyst for two years for her superior audit scores and internal customer service; and has been recognized as the bank's Top Manager in Service and Retention for multiple years; as well as has received numerous sales awards. Susan additionally had the prior distinction of being a Board member for determining her city's future planning and economic development visualization plan. In her free time, Susan loves to read and stay fit, and enjoys traveling with her daughter to see family around the country…one of her favorite places is traveling often to Breckenridge, CO-where she loves the mountains, nature, and the relaxation of the outdoors.
