TGKW management limited, established in 2010, is a professional intellectual property management consulting company. All of our members have abundant practicing experiences of intellectual property activities in hi-tech industries or well-known firms, especially tactical experiences in IP prosecution, litigation and negotiation worldwide. In comparison with foreign enterprises in the United States, Europe, Japan etc., Chinese companies are short in experience and awareness in the patent battlefield, and strange to the manipulation of NPE (non-practicing entity) in particular. Under such circumstances, TGKW was established to help Chinese enterprises to build up their IP system, IP strategy, enhance IP portfolio, and enforce IP rights in order to secure their business commercial interests. In view of the foregoing, the headquarter of TGKW is located in Hong Kong so that we could provide better services for Chinese enterprises in three places across two shores- China, Taiwan, Hong Kong..
