Stephanie Tilton moved from Portland, Oregon to Rocklin, California and opened a new satellite office for McCormack Pacific Company, our Oregon-based "parent company." Stephanie Tilton purchased the company and changed the name to Tilton Pacific Construction and expanded from big box retail and shopping center projects to include grocery stores.
