THE GANDELMAN AGENCY

The Gandelman Agency was founded by Marvin Gandelman in 1948. Marvin served in WWII as a Bombardier in the U.S. Army Air Force. Upon returning home in 1946 at age 24, he had a huge responsibility to face. His father had passed away when Marvin was 17 leaving behind a wife and 5 children, Marvin and four younger sisters. Though an academic standout in high school and All-American football player, he was not able stay in college due to the economic necessities facing his family. One thing lead to another and Marvin was introduced to the Insurance business which he took to immediately. The experience of losing his father, created a strong desire in him to help others realize the importance of protecting their families in the event of a similar fate...
