Carmen started her career in the payment processing industry in 1994 and has worked for some of the largest payment processors in the nation. To that end she has forged valuable industry relationships that have allowed POS Consultants to attain highly competitive pricing from its vendors and leverage exceptional service and support.
In 2006, Carmen founded Point of Sale Consultants and brought her vast array of experience and knowledge in the payments industry to form a reliable and integrity-driven company that is committed to providing a "Concierge" level of service and support to its valuable merchants all across the U.S.
Born and raised in St. Louis, MO, Carmen is deeply rooted within the St. Louis community. Carmen has served on the Advisory Board for National Processing Company and West Bridge Bank. She presided as President of the CLZ Boosterz for two years and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the St. Louis Boys Baseball Association.
Carmen is certified by the payment industry's Electronic Transaction Association (ETA) as an ETA Certified Payment Professional (CPP).
