Thibadeau Company Inc, est. in 1949, is a family operated real estate development, sales and property management company... Brothers, Bill and John Thibadeau, started their careers as insurance salesmen, eventually transitioning into the real estate brokerage business to represent builders in new home sales in the post war building boom... In 1949, Thibadeau Co. Inc. began as a partnership of four Dekalb County men who incorporated as Thibadeau, Shaw and Brannen. Together this group began developing land into new home subdivisions and handling the sale of new homes in the metro Atlanta area.
