Thinksite is a web development company based in Oshkosh, Wisconsin that specializes in custom website design and web programming, e-commerce, search engine optimization, search engine marketing and web hosting... Thinksite began in the late 90s as the new media division of the Laux Agency, a marketing firm in Oshkosh, WI. During the dot-com era, advertising and marketing agencies were expanding to the web and trying to find a niche in the ever-growing market. The Laux Agency had an idea and sold it to a client, and then had to hire programmers to bring the idea to life.
