Merle sold the business to Dorthy Hogen who in the summer of 1966 sold the business to Denis Contis. For the next 4 years Denis, with only one full time employee Stan Groh, worked tirelessly to grow the Company... Today, Topanga Lumber and Hardware Co., Inc., is a major supplier to general contractors, home owners, commercial contractors and industrial builders.
