Cheryl actively promotes environmental sustainability within Think Water and her local community by running paper-free offices and utilising plastic bag substitutes and recycling in the retail space.

Grant has been working around pumps since 1972 and gained a lot of his knowledge from working with his father. He has seen and worked on all kinds of pumps, some of which are not found today. Because Grant has grown up with the old technology through to present day, he has an extensive knowledge of all things pumping.
Grant works with his customers to deliver the right solution, not just a product. Customer service is his strength, and he is your go-to man when it comes to all things pumping and water.

Matt established Think Water Gisborne in 2015, and is incredibly proud of what the team have achieved over the last few years. He is experienced in irrigation management and is responsible for the design and quoting of custom-built pump systems.

Rodney's role includes tasks like servicing all types of pumps and irrigation equipment, operating plant, and assisting on projects. Rodney loves his job and is always happy to assist with your new or existing project.
Has been with Think Water for 2 years, Sarah looks after all our media advertising and marketing. She supports Aimee with the accounts and advertising when needed. Sarah is also responsible for assisting Lenard with his administration.
