TOMATO CORPORATION

Okamoto graduated from university at the age of 22 and got a job at a tool manufacturer in Osaka. He was transferred soon after joining the company and worked in Kanda, Tokyo for seven years. After that, he quit his job and became unemployed, wanting to start his own business. He continued to work part-time jobs for a year without a permanent position, but was unable to find a new challenge. While he was still unemployed, he found out that companies were competing to expand into China while watching the news and newspapers every day. He thought, "Is China the future?" and decided to study abroad in China for two years. After returning to Japan, he worked at a translation company, but the company went bankrupt and he was unemployed again. After working part-time for about a year, he joined a trading company and discovered the fun of doing business with the world.
