- Managing Director, Business Development
As a Vice President in the Healthcare vertical, Andrew leads subsector sourcing efforts, drives company diligence and presents opportunities to the team. He partners with the Strategic Resource Group to support initiatives across the firm's existing portfolio companies, including strategy assessments and developing mechanisms to measure and track performance.
Before joining the THL team, Andrew worked at UBS Investment Bank as an Analyst in the Healthcare Group and volunteered at the United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley as a member of the Private Equity/Venture Capital Associate Council. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys fly fishing, sailing and cooking for his friends and family.

As a Principal in the Strategic Resource Group (SRG), Gordon works side by side with portfolio company management and the firm's investment teams to execute Value Creation Plans that improve operations and accelerate growth. Bringing extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, he is uniquely positioned to support businesses in this area.
Before joining the THL team, Gordon held leadership roles at several companies, including PNC Financial Services, Development Capital Partners and J.P. Morgan. In his spare time, he enjoys mentoring and coaching. Gordon is also an all-around athlete who cycles, dives, skis and competes in triathlons. He lives outside New York with his wife and three children.

As Head of Capital Markets, Greg oversees all capital markets activity for both THL and its portfolio companies, while managing the firm's financing relationships. He works closely with the investment team and Strategic Resource Group, as well as portfolio company management. Greg is also the president of the firm's registered broker-dealer, THL Capital Markets, LLC.
Before joining the THL team, Greg worked at J.P. Morgan Securities in the leveraged finance group for 10 years, where he was responsible for structuring and executing high-yield bond and leveraged loan transactions for financial sponsors and corporate clients. On the weekends, Greg enjoys golfing, skiing and spending time with his family. He lives in Boston with his wife, Gina, and sons, Alexander and Cameron.

As an Executive Assistant, Katelyn supports members of the firm's Financial & Business Services Group, including Ganesh Rao. Before joining the THL team, she worked at Regan Communications Group as a Senior Account Executive. On the weekends, Katelyn works out with the Boston Bulldogs Running Club, listens to country music and travels whenever she can. She also spends quality time with her three nieces and two nephews.

Mark Bean - Managing Director
As a Managing Director in the Financial Technology & Services vertical, Mark supports partner companies and contributes thought leadership to the firm's Identified Sector Opportunities (ISOs), including CFO Software & Services and Software with Embedded Finance. He is also a Director for CARET, Nextech and Odessa, formerly was a Director at Alfresco Software, and previously supported investments in Optimal Blue and Juvare.
Before joining the THL team, Mark worked at Sorenson Capital as a Vice President focused on technology and at L.E.K. Consulting, where he developed growth strategies and conducted growth equity and buyout due diligence. Outside the office, Mark finds inspiration in the mountains, hiking in the summer and skiing in winter. He also enjoys Italian literature and food, especially after volunteering in Italy for two years. Mark lives near Boston with his wife and three daughters.
As an Executive Assistant, Sandy supports members of the firm's investment team, including Managing Directors Tom Hagerty and Shahab Vagefi. She is a seasoned assistant who has been with THL for over 15 years. Before joining the THL team, Sandy worked as an Executive Assistant at Putnam Investments and The Boston Company. Outside the office, she's a huge sports fan who enjoys cheering on her favorite New England teams. Sandy lives on the North Shore with her husband and has two adult children, a son and a daughter.
As an Executive Assistant, Jennifer supports members of the firm's Management, Healthcare and Capital Markets Teams, including Co-CEO Todd Abbrecht. She is a seasoned assistant and notary public who has been with THL for over 15 years. Before joining the THL team, Jennifer worked at Smith Barney as a Sales Assistant and at Putnam Investments as an Executive Assistant. Outside the office, she enjoys all the beauty the world has to offer through travel, photography and art.

As an Executive Assistant, Sandy supports members of the firm's Technology & Business Solutions Group by coordinating busy calendars and travel schedules. She is a seasoned assistant who has worked for THL for over 30 years. Before joining the THL team, Sandy was an Assistant at various companies, including Marsh McLennan, CT Main Inc. and James, McElroy & Deihl. Outside of work, Sandy spends time gardening, traveling the world and watching mystery films with her husband.
As a Principal in the Financial Technology & Services vertical, Stephen helps visionary entrepreneurs build impactful technology companies through combining strategic partnership, operational improvements and in-the-trenches support. He primarily focuses on the firm's Identified Sector Opportunities (ISOs) in Insurance Technology & Services, Bank Software and Governance Risk & Compliance. Stephen is also a Director for Odessa.
Before joining the THL team, Stephen worked at M33 Growth, Duck Creek Technologies and Apax Partners. Outside the office, he's a history buff who also enjoys brewing his own beer as well as skiing and hiking in the New England mountains. Stephen lives near Boston with his wife.

Todd is Co-Chief Executive Officer and co-chair of the firm's Management Committee. Since joining the firm in 1992, he has been involved in executing investments across the full breadth of THL's verticals, with an expertise in Healthcare. Todd is also a Director of CSafe Global and Professional Physical Therapy. Prior Board positions include Aramark Corporation, Curo Health ServicesT, Dunkin' Brands, Inc., Fogo de Chão, Healthcare Staffing Services, Intermedix Corporation, Juvare, Michael Foods, Inc., National Waterworks, Inc., PCI Pharma Services, Warner Chilcott plc. and Syneos Health (formerly inVentiv Health, Inc.). Todd also sits on the board of THL's Charitable Foundation.
As a Managing Director in the Strategic Resource Group (SRG), Vicente works side by side with portfolio company management and the firm's investment teams to execute Value Creation Plans that improve operations and accelerate growth. He is also the SRG lead for the Healthcare vertical, bringing operational perspective in diligence and coordinating value creation efforts across the healthcare portfolio. His previous directorships include Clear Channel Outdoor.
Before joining the THL team, Vicente worked at Clear Channel Outdoor as a Director of Strategic Projects and at the Monitor Group as a Consultant. Outside the office, he serves as Treasurer of the Advent School Board. Vicente also loves running, cycling, cooking and the endless pursuit of great espresso. He lives in downtown Boston with his wife and two children.
