With 8+ years of experience spanning agency and in-house, Abby brings a wealth of digital marketing expertise to the TribalVision team. She has overseen the strategy, implementation, and management of Digital Media campaigns for both fortune 500s and SMBs. Abby has advised clients in a myriad of industries including e-learning, software, finance, healthcare, biotech, and consumer goods. Her specialties include Search Engine Marketing, Paid Social Advertising, and Marketing Analytics.
As a Paid Digital Media Director at TribalVision, Abby oversees a team of specialists and ensures that all client deliverables are completed on time and according to channel best practices. She also serves as a strategist on client accounts, focusing on delivering results for her clients by building and implementing channel strategies that align with their marketing goals and budget.
Prior to joining TribalVision, Abby was the Director of the PPC team at an agency in NH where she was leading the development and execution of the paid advertising strategies across all of the agency's high-priority accounts. Additionally, she was focused on growing and mentoring direct reports, ensuring their success within the organization. Abby received a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Management from the University of New Hampshire in 2012.

Alethea is Senior Human Resources Manager at TribalVision and has been with the company for over 7 years. Alethea leads all human resources initiatives and manages the firm's talent acquisition, employee engagement & retention, workforce management, performance evaluations and total rewards initiatives. As a member of TribalVision's senior leadership team, Alethea also crafts and manages strategic company goals that reflect and preserve TribalVision's unique company culture and core values. In addition, Alethea oversees TribalVision's diversity & inclusion committee, internship program, and robust learning & development program.
Alethea holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Texas in Austin, Texas. In 2019 Alethea became a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) by demonstrating her mastery of HR proficiency standards as defined by the SHRM Body of Competency and Knowledge. Prior to TribalVision, Alethea worked in corporate communications and public relations for multinational gaming company IGT (formerly GTECH S.p.A.).

Alex is is the co-founder and Managing Partner at Riviera Capital. Prior to co-founding Riviera Capital, Alex was the CEO of Medi-Tech/Phycom Group, a leading healthcare revenue cycle management company and named one of the fastest growing companies by the OC Business Journal in 2013. In that role, Alex grew the company's size and revenue by 4x before completing its sale to an affiliate of Prudential Capital.
Alex began his career in Search Funds in 2003, when he embarked on a self-funded search where he successfully acquired Resource Directory Group ("RDG"), one of California's leading healthcare publishing companies. Under his leadership, RDG doubled in size before being acquired by James Publishing and returning 9x his original investment. Alex was also the co-founder and CFO of motoreyes, a venture capital funded automotive software company that was acquired by OnStation Corp. (Cobalt Group) in 2000. Alex served as VP of Corporate Development at OnStation, an enterprise software company backed by investors including Goldman Sachs, Lightspeed Venture and NEA. At OnStation, Alex headed the Client Services group that managed clients including AAA, Mitchell 1, and NAPA.
Alex began his career in the investment banking and private equity industries. Alex has helped advise and invest in various high-tech start-up ventures through his work experience at Intel Capital, AIG Investment Corp., and JP Morgan Chase.
Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Business Administration from Boston University where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA where he was a Venture Development Program Fellow.
Alex currently serves on the Board of Directors for 280 Group, Prove Partners, RedCat Systems, Wave Crest Capital Finance, and on the Board of Advisors for Charollais Capital and NWCC. Alex also volunteers as a SCORE/SBA mentor helping to advise entrepreneurs in the Southern California area.
Angelique has over 12+ years of digital marketing experience in the agency-side and brand-facing disciplines specializing in social media marketing for businesses ranging from SMBs and regional chains to American cornerstones. What makes Angelique effective in her position is her ability to stay on top of new and emerging marketing trends, services, and software. She can not only collect the numbers but analyze and provide context for them as well. Angelique understands paid social campaigns and gives proven results time and again by using a data-driven process that she tailors to her client's objectives and budgets.
At TribalVision, Angelique uses her years of experience and education, putting them to use by helping clients identify and build their audiences, interpret social and digital ROI, and build lasting strategies that will keep clients on the right path to success. Working with internal and client teams, she has a very "lead from the front" approach that allows her to set standards with her projects, share expectations early, and provide clear paths forward to success. Her vast experience in brand crisis management also allows her to build in the standard operating procedures necessary to help clients maintain a positive brand identity and sentiment to their audiences when things go awry.
In the past, Angelique has worked with social platform representatives at Facebook, TikTok, SnapChat, Pinterest, and 3rd party SaaS vendors such as Sprinklr and Salesforce to create "best in class" processes and procedures for smooth integrations. Brooke Souza is a Group Account Director at TribalVision's Rhode Island office. A member of the TribalVision team since 2013, Brooke is motivated by delivering results for her clients and being a high-impact leader and coach to her teams. Data-driven and process-oriented, Brooke collaborates with C-suite marketing and sales executives across B2B and B2C industries that include healthcare, non-profit, manufacturing, software, and professional services. Brooke entrenches herself in her clients' businesses to solve complex challenges - with the goal of building lasting relationships anchored in trust.
Brooke's marketing experience allows her to effectively guide teams in crafting strategic plans and executing tactics that align with client goals and budgets. A marketing executive with over 15 years of experience, Damien Cabral is a Co-Founder and Partner at TribalVision. Motivated by his long-standing passion for marketing and his frustration with the conflict of interests inherent in the traditional marketing model, Damien co-founded TribalVision as a forward-thinking alternative to the traditional advertising agency model.
As a Partner at TribalVision, Damien is called on daily to help address and solve the complex issues encountered by TribalVision's valued clients and team members. His responsibilities include the conception of concise, clear strategies for lead generation and revenue growth, expert counsel for clients during those inevitable gut-check moments, allocation of multi-million-dollar marketing budgets, and leadership of TribalVision's 65+ team of seasoned marketers as the firm's client services lead.
Prior to launching TribalVision, Damien began his career doing intensive database work and advanced marketing analytics for a nationally recognized financial institution - overseeing the tactical deployment of a multi-million-dollar marketing budget. In his next role as the Head of Online Marketing for one of the nation's largest home remodelers, Damien built direct-response lead generation campaigns with an innovative mix of traditional and non-traditional marketing channels.
An active member of the business community, Damien was selected as one of the "40 Under Forty" by the Providence Business News, a listing of young professionals who are making a difference on a local, national, or international scale. One of the region's bona fide gurus in digital and social media technology, Damien is frequently invited by forward-thinking companies and CEOs to share his perspectives on topics such as Amazon, marketing automation, digital ad trends, and campaigns that drive leads in the real world.
Damien holds a B.S in Business Administration from Bryant University and earned an MBA from the University of Rhode Island. He is an active member of the local community. Jim Sharpe is a Visiting Executive at Harvard Business School and prolific investor within the search fund community. Jim has been with Harvard Business School for over 11 years as both a Senior Lecturer in the MBA and Executive Education programs and as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence.
His interests are in the areas of search acquisitions, manufacturing, operations, B2B niche marketing, pricing, leadership, large/small company differences, ethics, exit strategies, and employee empowerment. As an investor, he has active ownership positions in around four dozen entrepreneurial companies.

As a forward-thinking futurist, techie visionary, and data worshiper, Marijana Brown is TribalVision's Marketing Automation Director. With a stellar 15-year track record of successfully transforming marketing into powerful revenue-driving forces, she is a master of automation and oversees technical and marketing automation excellence. Before joining the team, Marijana was the Director of Digital Marketing at the Linux Foundation in San Francisco, CA. There she launched the first Digital Center of Excellence (DOE) - a collaborative, self-paced learning platform for digital teams to learn how to adopt and implement new automation and CRM technologies. Additionally, she co-created and implemented over 40+ automated marketing and sales revenue-generating global programs.

Mary Dunn is a Group Account Director at TribalVision's Boston headquarters. Having joined TribalVision in 2013, she has built lasting relationships with clients and has helped scale the firm through its growth from a 7-person team to a more than 70-person agency today. Mary has worked with clients in a myriad of industries including software, education, luxury consumer goods, manufacturing, and healthcare.
Mary is highly proficient in executive-level stakeholder management, strategic business planning, and relationship-building with her clients, all of which have translated into exceptional outcomes from her engagements and some of the longest-standing client relationships at TribalVision.
In addition to driving significant value for her clients, Mary oversees TribalVision's professional development initiatives, including the firm's mentorship program, feedback and review processes, management training, and personalized career plan development. To date, over 150 TV'ers have benefited from Mary's mentorship and career path oversight.
Mary holds a BS in marketing and management along with an MBA from Bryant University. She is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma International Honors Society and a recipient of the Young Alumni Achievement Award. Matt is an agency veteran with more than 10 years experience in the field. As the Creative Director, Matt leads TribalVision's creative services department and oversees the development of all major creative work for the firm.
As a creative director Matt's role is to act as the bridge between the message and the medium-the creative and the analytical-bringing a top-down approach to creative problem solving. In this role, Matt oversees research activities, ideation, and design to ensure continuity from insight to execution, eliminating inefficiencies in the creative process by shepherding the ‘big idea' from start to finish.
Prior to joining TribalVision, Matt worked at a neuromarketing research firm with a focus on optimizing creative to more effectively drive sales. This research mindset instilled the importance of data-driven decision making in the creative disciplines, and established a strong point of view that carried forward into subsequent strategy roles at global advertising agencies.
Matt holds a B.S. in Marketing Communications from Emerson College and has studied photography at both the School of Visual Arts (SVA NYC) and the Pratt Institute. Matt and his team have been recognized with several awards for creative excellence and impact in web design. Medha is a seasoned marketing, strategy and analytics professional who has 18 years of experience in building brands in food and beverage and personal products space, leading client success teams in marketing services and strategy consulting projects and most recently, setting up and leading the analytics practice at Crossmedia USA.
Crossmedia is an independent, data driven, creative and media planning and buying agency with offices in Germany, U.K and multiple locations in the USA. Medha was a part of the two person team that set up the analytics practice at Crossmedia in 2012. Today, it's a team of 25+ analysts, data scientists, business intelligence and visualization specialists and engineers. Medha's recent work at Crossmedia involved creating the roadmap for the Redbox team, laying the vision for talent and team management and development, reducing attrition, building processes for smooth flow of work, standardizing client deliverables to manage scale, pricing of services and driving adoption of analytics among existing and new clients.
In other previous roles, Medha has managed sales for national key accounts for Coca Cola India, where she was recognized among the Top 25 women leaders across India. Following that, she spent a few years as brand manager launching new products, managing operations, P&L, sales and profitability, marketing budget management, research and advertising. Medha was a part of the executive leadership team at Marketshare Neustar for 5 years before joining XM again. Morgan Durfee is a Group Account Director at TribalVision's Boston headquarters. Having been with TribalVision since its inception in 2010, Morgan has developed a strong expertise in multiple facets of marketing ranging from media buying to strategic annual planning for both B2B and B2C clients. Morgan has advised clients in a myriad of industries including industrial engineering, software, security, management consulting, and automotive.
Over the past decade, Morgan has fully immersed herself in TribalVision's client businesses by developing sophisticated multi-channel marketing campaigns that include a mix of creative, digital, social, and traditional strategies to accelerate top-line growth. For TribalVision's enterprise level clients, Morgan has led the deployment of multi-million-dollar marketing budgets for which she has driven significant ROI. Her commitment to driving results are coupled with a passion for developing meaningful, lasting relationships with the clients she serves.
In addition to her client focus, Morgan manages TribalVision's staffing and resourcing functions to ensure each engagement TribalVision takes on has the appropriate team in place to deliver optimal results.
Prior to joining TribalVision, Morgan obtained her BS in Marketing and Entrepreneurship at Bryant University. She also founded Inspire Green (PURO), a company that provided environmentally focused filtered water bottles to individuals and corporations. As the Controller of TribalVision, Nancy brings a tremendous breadth of experience with over 25 years in finance, accounting and auditing. Following in her father's footsteps, Nancy started her career in public accounting. She worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers for nine years and rose to the rank of Senior Audit Manager.
Since then, Nancy has worked for both private and public companies, and most recently was the Controller at Walden Behavioral Care, a privately-held behavioral healthcare company. While at Walden, Nancy improved the overall Finance function by building and training a team, enhancing controls, streamlining processes and ultimately implementing a new Accounting system.
Nancy considers her co-workers to be her customers. She derives satisfaction from making their lives easier by simplifying finance processes so they can concentrate on client service.
Nancy freely admits that she enjoyed taking and passing the CPA exam, but insists she is not a typical CPA. She has a creative side and likes to decorate cakes and frequents Broadway shows. She is also a diehard Red Sox fan.

As President and CEO of TribalVision, Rahul brings over 15 years of global business experience within client services having worked and lived in New York, Switzerland, Beijing, and California.
Rahul is a mission-driven leader with experience in building organizations and leadership teams with more focus, more growth and more enjoyment. He brings extensive experience working effectively in high-growth environments to set a clear vision and strategy and build strong systems, processes, and infrastructure necessary to sustainably scale businesses to their maximum potential. He brings a highly client-focused mindset and makes it a core part of the company's goals and values.
Prior to joining TribalVision, Rahul was a founding member of a start-up investment banking advisory services firm, GCA, and grew it to be the largest global investment bank dedicated to serving companies that are transforming the world's energy, industrial and resources infrastructure. He helped establish the firm's New York office and, in 2010, relocated to help lead the firm's global expansion into Europe with its first international office in Zürich, Switzerland. He also spearheaded the firm's entry into Asia. In 2013, Rahul relocated to San Francisco to help the firm with its West Coast expansion. GCA sold to Nomura in December 2019.

Randi began her digital marketing career in-house at a software company. Since then, she has worked at agencies helping to manage a number of different clients with varied budgets in a wide array of industries, from baby clothes and dog gear, to cybersecurity solutions and product management tools. She has helped build strategies and implement various digital marketing disciplines, including email, paid search, paid social, ABM, analytics and landing page experience.
As the Digital Marketing Director, Randi works with her team of specialists to deliver comprehensive strategies and timely results to our clients. Her goals are not only to help grow TribalVision's array of clients, but to also foster a collaborative and passionate environment for her team.
Before her tenure at TribalVision, Randi was the Director of Digital Delivery at an agency outside of Boston. There, she helped her team create strategies for their clients, as well as execute on those strategies and continuously manage and optimize those accounts to achieve the best possible results. Randi graduated from Westfield State University in 2008 with a BS in Communications with a focus on Corporate Communications.

Ro has 8+ years of in-channel digital marketing experience. He has built strategies and managed digital marketing budgets of all sizes for both fortune 500s and SMBs. He provides unique expertise in digital marketing, specifically when it comes to tactics like Search Engine Marketing, Programmatic Media Buying, and Social Media Advertising.
At TribalVision, Ro focuses much of his time on providing strategic and tactical oversight over clients who utilize TribalVision's digital marketing capabilities. He leads team trainings, provides channel optimization recommendations to client teams, and manages 3rd party relationships with channel partners like Google. For clients who are more heavily focused on digital marketing, Ro takes a more active role directly in the client's account by developing the overall digital marketing strategy and performance forecasts, and leading the direct "in the trenches" implementation for the client's digital marketing channels.
Prior to joining TribalVision as a Digital Advertising Specialist, Ro had been on TribalVision's account management team heavily focused on digital marketing for 4 years. He took a hiatus working at larger agencies, and then came back when he realized that TribalVision's offering, culture, and team were a much better fit for his career and goals with clients. He received a BA in Economics from Syracuse University in 2013.

Shaina Melville is the VP of Operations and Project Management at TribalVision. Shaina is a solutions-oriented agency operations leader with over 10 years leading complex client projects. She has led both local and international teams, previously managing a Fortune 500 client engagement with digital media activation across 35+ countries. Shaina has managed client and agency operations across a number of verticals, including telecommunications, retail, banking and recruiting.
At TribalVision, Shaina is tasked with overseeing the Project Management, Production, and Operations teams, responsible for setting the foundation for every client engagement, and stewarding deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. Her team manages resourcing, scoping, and staffing across the organization, ensuring that team members are focused in their work, and driving the best results for clients.
Prior to joining TribalVision, Shaina managed digital media operations at Trilia Media (a brand within Hill Holliday) in Boston, responsible for Trilia's digital media activation and financial processes, including management of all resourcing and scoping across media engagements.
Initiatives Shaina has led:
Implemented a consolidated media tools system to manage over $200M in media spend across all digital channels, minimizing manual effort media planners and buyers.
Designed and implemented enterprise level outsourcing solution for leading digital marketing company and transitioned over 900 distinct processes to centralized offshore team, reducing salary expenses by over $3M in an 18-month period.
Worked with senior leadership to establish success metrics for offshore work, and was responsible for measuring, reporting on and driving achievement of metrics. Offshore team achieved 99.5% accuracy rate for transitioned processes, significantly reducing the workload of onshore resources for repeatable tasks.

Stephen has nearly ten years of sales experience with fast-growing Silicon Valley start-ups, predominantly in the marketing technology space. Stephen began working with Marketo, a leading B2B marketing automation software company, and was proud to be recognized as one of its highest-achieving Account Executives on the SMB & Enterprise Sales teams.
Following Marketo, Stephen served as the Director of Strategic Accounts for Engagio, the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) platform. Stephen helped launch and solidify Engagio's sales efforts as its first sales hire and went on to manage its Customer Success team to drive significant retention and adoption improvements. Engagio was later acquired by Demandbase.
Most recently Stephen joined Iterable, a leading B2C marketing automation software company, to serve as its Manager of Emerging Sales.
Stephen began his career in investment banking with Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Greentech Capital Advisors (acquired by Nomura).

Steven Segal is an Executive-in-Residence and Lecturer at Boston University's Questrom School of Business, where he both developed and teaches a graduate level course in private equity and leveraged buyouts and is the faculty advisor for the MBA and Undergraduate student managed Equity Funds. Steven co-founded and is a former Managing Director of J.W. Childs Associates, a Boston-based middle-market private equity firm, and a former Managing Director of Thomas H. Lee Company. He brings with him over 30 years of private equity investment experience.
Steven has held over 20 board or advisory board member positions, including General Nutrition Centers, Ghirardelli Chocolate Company, Snapple, NextView Ventures and Nuveen/Churchill BDC, as well as numerous non-profit boards.
