Abby Aulds

Abby grew up in Archer City, Texas, and currently resides in Cleveland, MS. While still a teenager, Abby began investing in real estate in her hometown and now owns multiple rental properties. Prior to joining Tom Smith Land and Homes, she worked at Holt Lunsford Commercial in Dallas, Texas, where she specialized in representing tenants in lease negotiations for their industrial warehouse. She gained valuable experience working on complex transactions for multi-million-dollar companies while providing excellent service to her clients. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors hunting and fishing with family and friends. Abby received her BBA in Business Management with a minor in Legal Studies from the University of Mississippi. She is licensed by the Mississippi Real Estate Commission and Texas Real Estate Commission.

Allyson Mize

Allyson was born and raised in Flora, MS. She graduated from Tri-County and Holmes Community College. She recently moved back to Madison after 17 years in Oxford, MS. Allyson has two boys and they share a love for everything outdoors, including fishing, hunting, boating and baseball. Allyson was a stay-at-home mom for 11 years and before that she was a paralegal for 10 years. Once back in Madison she decided to focus on real estate.

Anthony Steen

Anthony was born in Bolivar County, but his family moved shortly after to Clarksdale, MS. He spent his primary educational and athletic years attending and playing sports at Lee Academy. As a child, he played baseball, football, basketball, soccer and even threw shot put and disc for track. After graduating in 2009, Anthony continued his education and athletic career for the next five years at the University of Alabama on a football scholarship. He majored in Health Environmental Science and completed his bachelor's degree and was a part of two SEC Championship and three National Championship teams with the Crimson Tide. After college, Anthony played for the Arizona Cardinals and the Miami Dolphins in the National Football League for 4 years until he decided to retire and come back to the Mississippi Delta where he grew up. Growing up, Anthony was an avid hunter and fisherman who loved spending time helping his grandfather on the farm growing cotton and soybeans. His father and grandfather helped instill the importance of and a love for taking care of the land and wildlife around him. He enjoys all types of hunting from deer, duck, and turkey, to hogs, frogs, and pheasant. After retiring from the NFL, Anthony knew he wanted to come back home to the land he loved so much as a child. Anthony currently resides in Tallahatchie County where he farmed soybeans with his family for a few years. After much deliberation and praying, Anthony knew it was time to start a new career path. He was certain he wanted to find a way to share his passion for the outdoors with others while staying true to his country roots. As a college athlete, Anthony learned hard work, dedication, discipline, trust, and how to work with others. These traits along with Anthony's personality, honesty, and knowledge of the land make him the perfect agent for you.

Bill Patrick

Bill was born and raised on a farm in Scott County, Mississippi. His family farm had cotton, soy beans, cattle and hogs. It was there on his family‘s farm that he gained knowledge and respect for the land that God provided. During his high school years, Bill's understanding and love of the farm grew as he began showing cattle and hogs at local livestock shows. After high school, he graduated from Mississippi State University and spent many years as a CPA. During this time as a CPA, Bill's heart remained on the outdoors, so, in 1999, Bill began a lawn service business. Several years ago he became a Realtor with Tom Smith Land and Homes where he works with buyers and sellers, always seeking to turn them in to satisfied clients. Bill resides in Brandon with his wife, Ardith, where he enjoys hunting, fishing and just simply being outdoors. Brady Richardson

Brady was born and raised in Starkville, Mississippi. After high school he graduated from Mississippi State University in 2022 with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Insurance with focuses in Real Estate and Finance. Brady developed a love for the outdoors at a young age after seeing his father's passion for hunting and fishing. His desire to be in the outdoors is what has drawn him to Tom Smith Land and Homes. Brady currently lives in Madison, Mississippi where he continues his passion for hunting and fishing. Brett Carney

Brett was born and raised in Lauderdale County, MS just south of Meridian. After high school, he attended Meridian Community College for one year and then transferred to East Mississippi Community College where he completed his associates degree before transferring to Mississippi State University. Brett has deep roots in the outdoors; he is a dedicated turkey, deer and duck hunter. Bruce West

Bruce West was born and raised in Drew, MS. He graduated from North Sunflower Academy and attended MS Delta Community College where he was a member of the football team. He then attended MS State University graduating with a degree in Agronomy. Bruce moved to Hollandale, MS where he and his wife, Gwendolyn have resided for the last 34 years. They have 2 children and 2 perfect granddaughters. Bruce and his wife are active members of the Hollandale United Methodist Church. Bruce has spent a major part of his career in retail agriculture, working as a sales agronomist and in a managerial role. Bruce is a Certified Crop Advisor and holds a MS Consultants License. Bruce is also an avid outdoorsman, he enjoys the time spent in God's creation. Bruce is committed to listening to his clients whether selling property or purchasing property. Chad Wilson

Chad Wilson grew up in Jackson, MS and spent most of his time as a child and young adult helping his father raise cattle on his 3,000 acre farm in Madison County. Chad attended Callaway High School before heading to Hinds Community College where he studied electronics. He began a law enforcement career in Lafayette, LA and then moved back home to continue that career in Brandon, MS. He worked his way up in ranks to Assistant Police Chief and stayed in that position for 15 years before retiring in 2010. Retiring at such a young age he set goals to become a land realtor to follow his dreams of being involved in land once again. As a landowner of more than 1,000 acres in Madison County with his two brothers, his dreams have come true working for one of the largest land companies in MS. Clay Simmons

Clay was born and raised in the small town of Rolling Fork, in the Mississippi Delta. At the age of fourteen, his family moved to Vicksburg where he attended St Aloysius High School. Upon graduation, Clay played baseball for Hinds Community College for two years. He later graduated from Belhaven University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Clay's career began in the healthcare industry as an organ procurement coordinator and then an oxygen administrator for a local DME provider. He spent five years as a licensed mortgage originator working with various mortgage lending organizations. He has always been in the business of caring for people by showing compassion and patience through trying and exciting times. After years of sitting behind a desk, Clay had the growing urge to find a new career that better fit his active lifestyle while evolving in the housing industry that he loved. Clif Cannon has been a land specialist with Tom Smith Land and Homes for three years. Before that, he was a superintendent in the sawmill industry for over 18 years. Clif has a vast knowledge of the forestry industry, stemming from his experiences working with landowners, buyers, and loggers. A dedicated outdoorsman and avid bowhunter, Clif understands his client's needs for their recreational properties and is dedicated to helping them find and develop their dream property. Clif has been married to his wife, Lisa, for 28 years, and they have two adult children. Clif is a lifelong resident of Franklin County, MS, where he has hunted the Homochitto National Forest since childhood. Clif is extremely personable and has become great friends with many clients. Colby Watson

Colby's love for the outdoors is what drew him to Tom Smith Land and Homes. Born and raised in Pearl, MS, he has had a love for the outdoors since his dad took him hunting for the first time. He attended Pearl High School and graduated in 2006. After high school, he went to Meridian Community College on a soccer scholarship. He has deep roots in the outdoors; he is a dedicated duck and deer hunter. His love for the outdoors is where he gets his passion for the land and being in nature. In 2010, he started a duck guiding business in the MS delta and ran it successfully until getting married in 2014. At that time, he formed a lawn and landscape business in Central MS as the owner and operator. Colby, his wife Katie, and their son Bodie reside in Pearl. Their free time is spent on the water or in the woods. During the summer, they enjoy spending time at their lake house on Eagle Lake. They love being around friends and family and making memories. Daniel Willoughby

Daniel Willoughby was born at a Naval hospital in Portsmouth, Virginia. His father spent 26 years in the United States Navy. During this time, Daniel traveled all over the world and country before his family decided to settle down in Jackson, Mississippi. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and was awarded the Marshall of Liberal Arts. He worked for 12 years in the Medical Sales industry before beginning his career in Right of Way where he started his own business, Reservoir Consultants. Ellen Smith

Ellen Brand Smith is originally from Chicago, Illinois and graduated from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, in 1988 with a BS in Economics. She then moved out to California, where she earned her MBA from Pepperdine University and began her business career with a Fortune 500 company in Los Angeles. Ellen later formed her own company, Brand Merchandising, which became a leading service company in the Western United States. Ellen has lived all over the country, but has lived in Madison, MS with her husband, Tom, and their two daughters (one is married and one is in college) for 20 years. Emerson Lovelace

Emerson is a fifth generation native of the Mississippi Delta dating back to the late 1800's. With strong family ties in the Indianola Commercial Real Estate Market, Emerson manages and consults both clients and prospective clients on real estate opportunities in and around Sunflower County, MS. After graduating from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1998, Emerson spent a year enjoying the mountains of Aspen, Colorado which proved to be a much-needed prospective change for his future plans. His first job in real estate would be realized in Denver, Colorado as a real estate mortgage consultant, followed by six years managing a successful financial futures trading group at the Chicago Board of Trade. David moved to Warren County, Mississippi in 1994 and spent his high school years at St Aloysius High School in Vicksburg. After graduation, he went to Hinds Community College and then on to Belhaven University playing baseball and football. David worked in the restaurant business during college and continued for 24 years working in all aspects of the industry from management, ownership, to commercial food sales. He enjoyed meeting people and making friends from all over the world; no matter where David is he seems to run in to someone he calls a friend! His passion for the outdoors and people have lead him to a career in Real Estate. With a long career in the service industry, David learned that nothing is more important than God and family, and to treat every person as they are part of it. David is the grandson of a Texas cattle rancher and grew up respecting the land and the wildlife on it. He learned to love the land at a young age through spending time with his father hunting and fishing. Jami Pruitt

Jami Pruitt grew up and was homeschooled in Stewart, MS and currently resides in Eupora. After a start in forestry classes, Jami ended up in business, earning her Bachelor of Business Administration in 2021 from Belhaven University. Jami is married to Ryan Pruitt, an EMT in Eupora. Jami and Ryan spend time outdoors gardening, hobby farming, and being with family. Kyle Carpenter

Kyle Carpenter grew up in Baldwyn, MS. After high school he graduated from NEMCC with an Associate's degree in Machine Tool & Die. He went on to Ole Miss and completed his Bachelor's degree in general studies with an emphasis on education. He currently works part-time with NEMCC as an instructor in the Workforce Division. Kyle enjoys being outdoors, but you will most likely find him in a blind hunting waterfowl during the winter. His other hobbies include: golfing, fishing, and renovating houses. He currently resides in Baldwyn, MS with his wife Mary Alice.

Lindsay Williams

Lindsay Malatesta Williams is a native of Cleveland, Mississippi. After graduating from Bayou Academy, Lindsay earned her Master's degree in Business Management from Delta State University. Lindsay currently works in the healthcare field and is ecstatic about adding real estate to her career. Mike Odom

Mike is a lifelong resident of Madison County where he was born and raised in Flora, Mississippi and attended Tri-County Academy. After graduation, he attended Mississippi State University where he studied Animal Science. He later attended and graduated from Belhaven College with a bachelor's degree in business. Mike's sales career began in the construction equipment industry with Ditch Witch, selling trenching and underground equipment. He then spent the better part of 25 years in the construction and agricultural industries where he worked as a territory manager, regional manager, sales manager, and location manager with major equipment manufacturers such as Atlas Copco, John Deere, and Caterpillar. During this time, Mike learned the importance of customer care and always putting the customer first. After many years on the road, Mike had a strong desire to find a career that would allow him to enjoy more time at home with his family and would better fit his active lifestyle. Sarah Reese is a native of Greenwood, MS. After graduating Pillow Academy, Sarah Reese earned a degree in Dietetics/Nutrition from both Ole Miss and Delta State University. Sarah Reese recently sold her Greenwood based business, Greenwood Nutrition and is excited to begin her new career in real estate.
