This passion was born out of 31 years of business experience working for a Fortune 100 technology and services firm, 16 years as an executive coach for a global human capital development firm, nearly a decade as a senior fellow and consultant serving the real estate industry. Her business experience overlaps with 40 years in the arts as a nonprofit leader, trustee, collector, and patron of the arts. Hardy's blend of business and art experience brings a unique lens to the firm's executive coaching and creative placemaking services.
