Timberline Billing Service, LLC was formed in August of 2007 to fill a niche in the Medicaid reimbursement claiming for Iowa school districts. Iowa Medicaid allows for districts to claim reimbursement for covered services. Many districts struggle with the medical claim structure and process, and turn to private vendors for assistance. We are committed to providing excellent customer service to school districts and regional agencies... From our modest beginning as a one-man shop with 5 clients in 2007, we are proud to now be Iowa's largest Medicaid billing vendor with over half the districts in the state as clients. We also support nearly 200 districts in the state of Illinois. Our 30 staff look forward to the future and continuing our strong support and advocacy for school-based Medicaid claiming in those states we have clients. We are always happy to visit with districts and regional agencies interested in using our services.
