Tri Star Engineering, Inc. has been manufacturing special cutting tools since 1976, and occupies a modern, 16,000 square foot facility in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. Tri-Star Engineering has a staff of more than 40 employees... Tri-Star Engineering manufactures a variety of precision cutting tools. These include special drills, reamers, counterbores, trepan tools and hollow mills. We have the capacity to make these from solid carbide, solid high-speed steel, or with carbide tips. Industries served include the automotive, plumbing supply, aircraft, and appliance industries where the accuracy and durability of machine cutting tools are important. We are capable of manufacturing these cutting tools from your prints or our design created from your piece part prints... Tri-Star Engineering has been a custom cutting tool manufacturer since 1976.
