Touw Meubels is a private company that was established in 1989 by Robin and Lenn Clark. Lenn is a qualified cabinet maker and the family have been cabinet makers for 7 generations. The company purchased an existing traditional furniture factory in George. The factory is well sited to use the hard and soft woods from the forests and plantations of the George-Knysna area. The factory has been modernized and the range of products manufactured has changed. Products are manufactured to meet the demands of the market.
