The processing clean room is a 5,000square foot, class 100, facility. Transcom is capable of producing 15,000 wafers per year, generating more than 30 million pieces of MMICs and GaAs FETs for the wireless communication industry... Transcom, Inc. is a microwave device and subsystem company founded in 1998. Headquartered in the Tainan Science-Based Industrial Park, Taiwan. The company's expertise is on design and mass production of high performance GaAs devices for both high power and low noise applications. Standard processes include0.25 um and 0.5 um PHEMT, HFET & MESFET.
