TRILACON - Key Persons
George A. LaCava, President, has a B.S. and MBA specializing in real estate and real estate finance from The University of Connecticut. He presently holds a Connecticut Real Estate license. George is a past President and is a member of the Board of Directors of The Home Builders Association of Hartford County, is currently First Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors of The Home Builders Association of Connecticut, Inc. and a member of the Board of Directors of The National Association of Home Builders. George was named the 2001 "Builder of the Year" by The Home Builders Association of Connecticut and the 2007 "Builder of the Year" by The Home Builders Association of Hartford County.
Peter A. LaCava, Vice President and Secretary, has a B.S. in Architecture from Roger Williams University in Rhode Island. Prior to entering the home building industry, Peter worked on the design staff of several major Architectural Firms in the States of Connecticut and Rhode Island. Peter has created the majority of the home designs built by Trilacon Development Corporation.
Stephen A. LaCava, Treasurer, joined Trilacon Development Corporation in the spring of 1995, after over fifteen years with The LaCava Construction Company. Stephen attended Central Connecticut State University and has over twenty five years experience in site and construction management. Stephen currently oversees all home construction for Trilacon Development Corporation.
