Amber Reed

Mrs. Reed started her career in the oil and gas industry as a Geologist for an operator in Dallas, TX. She earned her Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in Geology from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX. She worked successfully in the fast-paced, 24-hour, geosteering realm for several years before she started to look for opportunities to put her experience and skills to work in a new career. Mrs. Reed and her husband relocated to San Antonio in 2019 where she started with Trinity Mineral Management. Mrs. Reed has served on various boards including The Women's Energy Network and The Junior League and has volunteered her time with charitable and social organizations including the American Cancer Society, Joan Katz Cancer Resource Center, The Barnaby Club, and Junior Women's Club. She and her husband welcomed their daughter, Lily, into the world in 2019 and enjoy spending family time together.

Brett Stinson

Mr. Stinson has worked in many diverse fields over his career providing solutions to businesses to help advance the level of technology and ability to perform the business objectives with software and architecture consulting. Some of the industries he has worked in include: Manufacturing, Energy, Oil and Gas, Telecommunications, Banking, Retail, Non-Profit and Technical Support. Mr. Stinson began his career in 1990 as a school teacher and football coach in Central Texas, but quickly realized the computer industry, and specifically development of computer software, was his true passion. Mr. Stinson began writing software in 1992 and he continually strives to provide the best possible solution to the current business need as well as a level of support and understanding that is unmatched by common development teams and industry standards. In 2000, while working as a consultant in the greater Dallas area, Mr. Stinson started his own software company and began to consult for small businesses. His relationship with Mr. Scott started around that time, when he was recruited to make changes to a program called LandTracker, and has since continued as they have collaborated on many software projects over the years. In early 2013, Trinity's growth and need for software solutions allowed Mr. Stinson the opportunity to become a full time employee of Trinity, where he is now the in-house developer. In September 2013, Mr. Stinson moved into the role of Chief Operating Officer for the company in order to help manage and promote the growth of the company and has since also taken on Senior Mineral Manager duties for a limited number of clients.

Jennifer Shuttlesworth Hernandez

Ms. Hernandez embarked on her journey with Trinity Mineral Management in 2013, initially taking on administrative and receptionist responsibilities. As her expertise grew, she transitioned to managing client contracts and billing, later training with Senior Mineral Managers to become adept at evaluating client royalties. Recognizing her capabilities, Ms. Hernandez earned a promotion to Assistant Mineral Manager in 2016. A detour in 2018 led her to a criminal defense firm, where she excelled in client interactions and case management. Enthralled by the oil and gas industry since 2013, Ms. Hernandez was thrilled to rejoin the Trinity Team in February 2023 as an Oil and Gas Land Administrator. In this capacity, Ms. Hernandez ensures the accuracy of division orders, engages in negotiations for oil and gas leases and right of way agreements, and supports Senior Mineral Managers in the daily oversight of client assets and special projects. In moments away from number crunching and negotiations, Ms. Hernandez finds joy in activities with her husband, such as hiking, visiting local farmers markets, and exploring the Texas Hill Country. Additionally, she takes pleasure in cooking and baking, continually experimenting with new recipes to share with friends and family.

Marguerite Rael

Ms. Rael began with Trinity Mineral Management in 2010 as Executive Assistant to Trinity's President, Trey Scott. Today, she is a seasoned Executive Assistant with extensive experience with all administrative tasks, including scheduling and correspondences. She excels in language and proofing skills. With this expertise, she assists in proofing Client reports and manages all Engagement Contracts with new Clients. In addition to her duties as Executive Assistant, Ms. Rael has an extensive bookkeeping background, beginning that field in 1980. With this experience, she manages Trinity's Client billing processes and assists Clients, as needed, in this area. She also handles other bookkeeping functions such as Banking, Company Credit Card, Expense Reports, Reconciliations and the like. She is a Liaison to the Accountant, facilitating where needed. Ms. Rael is also the company Event Coordinator handling company luncheons and events as well as our Profitable Mineral Management Breakfast Series seminars which she has successfully managed since 2012. Ms. Rael enjoys her family and 2 young grandsons. Her main passions are faith in Jesus Christ and spending time with family.

Shannon Kloster

Shannon Kloster joined the Trinity Mineral Management team in May of 2023 as a GIS Specialist. Her expertise is in creating custom maps that tailor to the clients' specific needs. When she is not creating maps, Shannon works closely with the Senior Mineral Managers to assist in multiple aspects of managing client projects and services. Her key roles include developing activity reports, title research, and client lockbox management. With a background in Geography, she discovered her passion for GIS (Geographical Information Systems) while attending the University of Texas at San Antonio. Prior to joining Trinity, Shannon honed her mapping skills as a GIS technician while working for a software company who provided Oil and Gas related data. During her tenure there she mapped thousands of Oil and Gas leases and Pooling Units. When Shannon is not mapping, she enjoys spending her free time hiking, indulging in creative pursuits such as painting, and tending to her collection of plants.
