Alicia H. Koepke is a shareholder of the firm. She serves as leader of the Employment Law Practice Group and previously served as co-leader of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group. Alicia focuses her practice on employment and business law and related litigation. She regularly advises companies of all sizes on business and employment issues, including protecting trade secret and other confidential information; preparing and enforcing restrictive covenants, including non-compete and non-solicitation agreements; preparing and implementing employment forms, policies, handbooks, and agreements; obtaining background checks and drug testing; complying with wage-and-hour obligations; making religious, disability, pregnancy, childbirth and other accommodations; avoiding and responding to complaints of unlawful conduct, such as discrimination, harassment and retaliation; implementing terminations and layoffs; and assessing other rights and responsibilities of companies, officers, directors, supervisors, employees and applicants. Beth Cronin is a Shareholder and served for many years as a co-leader of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. Her practice focuses on litigation involving commercial real estate title and leasing, title insurance, and banking and other financial services. In addition, she has served as an Adjunct Professor at Stetson University College of Law, where she taught courses in contracts and in interviewing, counseling and negotiation skills.

Bradley Muhs is a Shareholder in the Appellate Practice Group and the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. Graham Carothers is a shareholder and co-leader in the Real Estate and Lending Transactions Practice Group.
