Chad provides financial and compliance audit as well as consultation services to a variety of public and private entities, with an emphasis in technology, manufacturing and distribution, retail, and gaming industries. Chad has practiced public accounting for more than 19 years, bringing a background in accounting standards generally accepted in the United States of America (U.S. GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Chad has a thorough understanding of internal controls over financial reporting and has extensive experience consulting with clients regarding operational efficiencies and appropriate accounting treatment in areas such as revenue recognition, lease accounting, accounting for business combinations, variable interest entities, retirement obligations, debt and equity financing, derivatives, equity-based compensation. In addition, Chad has been involved in various due diligence projects.
In his prior role, Chad worked for Caesars Entertainment Corp., formally Harrah's Entertainment Corp., in the reporting policy department. His responsibilities included researching complex accounting topics, preparing impairment analysis, preparing statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRS and determining consolidation of variable interest entities.
Cheryl Gore is a graduate from Howard Payne University. Cheryl has over twenty years of experience in public accounting, is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and its Dallas Chapter, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
She lives in Dallas with her husband Greg and their two children, Garrett and Ashlynn. Her outside interests include charitable activities and crafts.
Iqbal Safdar joined the firm effective from January 15, 2024. He is a CPA & FCA having more than 20 years of professional experience in both domestic & international markets with expertise in external audits of publicly traded & privately held companies, IPO's & investment fund vehicles.

Kent Birdsong is a Certified Public Accountant who has been in public practice since 1990. His primary area of practice has been tax planning and compliance solutions for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and not-for-profit entities.
With his many years of public accounting experience, Kent offers a broad-based range of business knowledge related to complex tax compliance issues in a wide variety of industries including real estate, oil and gas, technology, wholesale/retail, health care and high net worth individuals. Kent believes his role as an advisor is best accomplished by partnering with clients and understanding the needs of each individual. He enjoys working together with clients on challenging circumstances to come up with problem-solving solutions and believes that a long-term relationship with your CPA is essential to your success.

Ricky is an audit and assurance partner with 30 years of public audit experience, including 12 years of "Big 4" public accounting experience serving both privately-held and public clients in various industries including Aerospace and Defense, Construction, Employee Benefit Plans, Healthcare, Investment Companies, Manufacturing, Not-for-Profits, Oil and Gas, and Real Estate.
Ricky is a Fort Worth native and a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington. He is a past UTA alumni of the year recipient. Ricky is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and its Fort Worth Chapter as well as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Rotary Club of Fort Worth.
Ricky serves on the board of Accelerate Fort Worth Foundation, Inc. (formerly known as IDEAWorks) as its Treasurer and he also serves on the board of Christ's Haven for Children, Inc. as its Treasurer, Audit Committee Chair, and past Chairman of the Board. Ricky lives in Fort Worth with his wife Kim. They have three grown daughters and one grandson. His outside interests include golf and travel.
Scott Schorr is a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas. Scott is a CPA with more than 20 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on auditing financial statements of public & non-public companies and employee benefit plans. He is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Scott lives in Rockwall with his wife Tiffany and daughter Julia. Scott enjoys traveling, fishing and attending sporting events.
Todd Estes is a Dallas native, two children, and two grandchildren, Todd graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas and is a member of the Rotary Club of Dallas, the Dallas Chapter of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In addition, he is active in several charities. Todd is past Chairman of the Dream Team mentoring program at Woodrow Wilson High School, the mission of which was to mentor underserved youth with college admissions. He is currently Treasurer of the Dallas All Sports Association, Treasurer of the Dallas Rotary Club Foundation, Finance Committee Chairman for Community Homes for Adults Inc, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Rotary Club of Dallas. His outside interests include golf and travel.
Tony has an excess of 30 years of experience in practicing public accounting. His experience includes clients that come from a number of industries including real estate ventures and multi-family housing, manufacturing and distribution, not-for profit organizations, construction, private equity funds, computer software and hardware, professional and educational service organizations, retail sales, banking and finance, franchising, and restaurants. Tony graduated from North Texas State University with a Bachelor's degree in accounting. Tony is a member of the Texas Society of CPA's, Dallas Athletic Club, Traditions Club in Bryan, Texas and Eagles Bluff Country Club in Bullard, Texas.
Tony is married to his wife of thirty years Carrie, has two boys, Logan, who is a graduate of Texas A&M University Mays Business School and Southern Methodist University Law School, and Jack, who attends the University of Oklahoma.
