Mesut Türkoğlu was born in Izmir in 1966. He completed his higher education at Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1989 and has been working as a lawyer registered with the Izmir Bar Association since 1991.
Mesut Türkoğlu, throughout his professional life; has specialized with the activities he has carried out in the fields of Commercial Law, Company Law, Inheritance Law and Real Estate Law.
Attorney Mesut Türkoğlu, who served as a member of the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Council between 1999 and 2004, played an active role in the administration of Izmir by acting as the Deputy Mayor of Gaziemir and as the chairman and member of the Law and Companies Commissions of the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Council in the same years.
Mesut Türkoğlu, who believes in the necessity of alternative solutions as well as the litigation process in dispute resolution, is also a Mediator registered in the Ministry of Justice Registry.
He has also added Intellectual Industrial Property Law and Health Law to his fields of expertise by following current developments in national and international law.
Mesut Türkoğlu, who has been a patent and trademark attorney registered with the Turkish Patent Institute since 2005, provides litigation and consultancy services to many companies that are competent in their field within the scope of Intellectual and Industrial Property Law; manages the application and registration processes of individuals, companies and institutions to the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office. He has worked as an expert in Izmir Courts in disputes on Intellectual and Industrial Property.

Buse Civelek was born in 1995 in Izmir. After graduating from İzmir Girls' (Anatolian) High School , she completed her undergraduate education at Kadir Has University Faculty of Law with full scholarship. Our lawyer, who graduated from the university with cum laude as the highest ranked student, is also fluent in English. Registered with the Izmir Bar Association, Buse Civelek provides consultancy services in the fields of Criminal Law, Inheritance Law, Real Estate Law and Execution-Bankruptcy Law and manages the litigation processes.
Cansu Karahan, born in 1989 in Giresun, graduated from Buca Anatolian High School in 2007. She completed her undergraduate education in 2013, graduating with honors from Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law. Our lawyer, who also attended the Erasmus Program during her undergraduate education and studied at the Faculty of Law at Vilnius University for a period, is proficient in English language. After starting by first working as a lawyer registered with the Istanbul Bar Association; she continues to work as a lawyer registered with the Izmir Bar Association in the ongoing process. Gülçin Sevmez was born in Aydın-Söke in 1982. She has completed her high school education at Söke High School and her associate degree at Süleyman Demirel University Burdur Vocational School. After her associate degree education, she successfully graduated from Anadolu University, Faculty of Business Administration, Department of Business Administration. Gülçin Sevmez has been working at Türkoğlu & Türkoğlu law firm as office management and accounting officer since 2008.
Kardelen Sop was born in 1997 in Izmir. She completed her associate degree at Akdeniz University, Department of Office Management and Executive Assistant. She has continued her education at Anadolu University, Department of Public Relations and Advertising. Kardelen Sop has been working as an administrative assistant at Türkoğlu & Türkoğlu law firm since 2018.
Kübra Türkoğlu was born in Izmir in 1967. After completing her high school education at Bornova Anatolian High School, she finished her higher education at Dokuz Eylul University Faculty of Law in 1989. Since 1990, she has been working as a lawyer registered with the Izmir Bar Association.
Kübra Türkoğlu throughout her professional life; has conducted studies in the field of private law and specialized in Family Law and Criminal Law. Many lawsuits carried out by Kübra Türkoğlu such as " Suspending Woman due To Inflicting Violence ", "Short Spouse's Revenge", "Children Will Decide for Circumcision" were also covered in the press.
Kübra Türkoğlu, who follows the education and developments in her field, took part as an educator in the workshops on "The Approach of Healthcare Personnel to Gender-Based Violence" organized by the European Union. Moreover, she participated in the "European Convention on Human Rights Articles and the Decisions and Practices of the European Court of Human Rights" event jointly organized by the Union of Bar Associations, the Council of Europe and the TAIEX Office, and continued her work on different platforms.
Kübra Türkoğlu, who has been a patent and trademark attorney registered in the Turkish Patent Institute registry since 2005, is also a mediator registered in the Ministry of Justice registry. Attorney Kübra Türkoğlu, who also supports the implementation of alternative solutions in dispute resolution, is an expert mediator in the fields of Health Law and Consumer Law in the ongoing process. Kübra Türkoğlu continues her studies in these areas.

Mustafa Artun Türkoğlu, born in 1996 in Izmir, completed his high school education in Bornova Anatolian High School in 2015. After finalizing his higher education at Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2019, our lawyer continues working as an attorney at law registered with the Izmir Bar Association.
Carrying on as the second generation representative of Türkoğlu & Türkoğlu Law Firm, Mustafa Artun Türkoğlu provides consultancy services and manages litigation processes, especially in the fields of Health Law, Inheritance Law, Commercial Law and Contracts Law.
Sena Bakır was born in 1998 in Izmir. She completed her high school education at 60th Yıl Anatolian High School. She completed her higher education at Dokuz Eylul University Faculty of Law with a high honor degree as the highest ranked student in the department. After her undergraduate education, she won the Yaşar University Public Law Master's with Thesis Program with a full scholarship. Sena Bakır is still continuing her law internship at our office and her studies at Yaşar University Public Law Post Graduate Program.
