Tweed Interiors was founded in June 2007 by Victoria Crawford. Formerly known as Carter Home Interiors, Victoria purchased the business from Margaret Carter after being employed as her design assistant. While working together, Margaret and Victoria successfully combined their talents and seamlessly collaborated on numerous projects. Victoria has now taken her knowledge and expertise to a new level, incorporating her own stylistic elements and tastes into the already-established design house. Victoria moved to Telluride in 1990 after graduating from Middlebury College with a B.A. in Fine Art. She was a studio art major, specializing in oil painting and mixed media. Throughout her tenure in Telluride, Victoria has participated in numerous art shows, as well as pursuing numerous other creative avenues.
